Wonderful place for a swim, so clean! Well marked out routes from 150 to 1000m, staff. Great facilities. Enjoyed my induction today. Thank you all. Love this place. They have a wonderfully and team. Always on hand to give advice and guidance. They have the setup right and have tea, coffee and snacks etc. to buy at a cheap price. They have changing rooms and porta loos onsite as well as plenty of parking. It's never too long before someone is leaving so you can get parked when busy. Lifeguards are all around the making you totally safe. No matter what level you are at swimming, they have set up the buoys in small to large distances. This enables people to the 150m, 250m, 500m or 1k route. They even conduct a night and provide throughout the winter months. What more do you need. ❤️ I started there 4 weeks ago. Amazing place, Great community. Respectfully, for any person to come swim. Any age, any shape or size. All are welcome. From starters to advanced swimmers. I highly recommend this place. I don't say that often. Check out the shop as well. All you need from rentals to buy your items. Afterwards, warm coffee and a campfire to warm up. I felt welcomed and I am sure you will as well. Fantastic venue for Open Swimming. Friendly, staff. I always safe when I am in the water. Hot and cold drinks available after. Wetsuits can be bought or hired onsite. Wood-fired for and Dip is brilliant! Attended an organised skinny dip for Breast cancer Now! Lovely setting, great swim. Well organised. Thank you Very well organised for open swimming, good facilities and knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming to newbies, they made sure we knew exactly what we were doing and were helpful. It's a clean to in! Absolutely fabulous location for open swimming. The super team make you welcome whether you are pootling about with your kids, zipping about training for something or just out for a social with friends - they really have created something g quite special here. I have lived up the road for four years now and always wanted to come. Today was my first and now I have massive regrets of not coming sooner. I can’t wait to come back. The were so lovely and nice sauce and bacon bap finish! Visited for the first time to try the and dip. What a lake. Great facilities on site, staff. The was wonderful, access to the is easy and the and clean. I am surprised the dipping area is so small, given the number of people the saunas hold. As the is so large, it feels like extending the dip area (wouldn't need to be by much) would not impact the at all and would improve the experience. This is the reason for the 4 rather than 5 stars. Other than this, it was absolutely brilliant. Lovely relaxed environment in a pretty setting. Organisation was good and explained how the and dip worked. Small for quiet sitting and larger for more communal sauna. The temperature was recorded and regularly checked temperature. They even opened up the drinks hut to make us a hot chocolate. Went here for the first time yesterday after purchasing my block a year ago. All the were so and helpful, redirecting me and checking the system to see if my block was still valid. The facilities are great and the is wonderful! Plenty of space to get in/out via the ramp and lots of distances to choose from. Very pleased with Quay swims. First here this morning. The is really clear, the location idyllic. were super and friendly. The lady who gave me my induction was obviously very passionate about the place and I can see why! Facilities are great (you don't have to change in the car park). Shower on the edge of the is a bonus and it's sandy when you first get in. My only criticism is the old geezer going super slowly with terrible technique.....come to think of it that was me. Apologies if my woeful "style" made you wince or laugh. Sun came out at the end of my session and you could see the light beams in the at times. Cannot praise this place enough. Thanks staff....loved it! I wish I had stumbled upon this wonderful place to sooner as I hadn’t been for a few years as I don’t like my local leisure centre… I’d thought I wouldn’t until I was able to finally get abroad somehow. Today that changed for me and I’m glad as well as very impressed with the entire set up and support I received as a new arrival too. I’m currently in autistic burnout which exacerbated sensory things, especially noise and I’ve been stuck at home for a few years aside from medical appts. This wonderful place with the tranquil and scenic views, is perfect. The things that I found really helped are; 1) booking at short notice really helped as I never know how I’m going to be 2) responding swiftly to questions asked in relation to all sorts of things as well as fellow swimmers answering questions via Facebook too. Really helped to alleviate worries and help me get sorted ready for my swim. 3) the wonderful lady that didn’t just offer to help as soon as I arrived but also checked in with me whilst I was in the too and afterwards!! Impressive stuff and I’m grateful. 4) it’s heaven to be able to and not keep going up and down in labed wondering if you’re going to bump into someone 5) really well run, everything was explained in detail, which really helped. 6) attention to detail, clean lovely changing rooms, place to put your car keys, place to put your belongings, free parking on site 7) refreshments of tea/coffee/hot choc and even different types of milk alternatives as well as snacks and cold drinks all offered on the basis of help yourself/pay what you is apt which is a great idea and frees up to check people in. I will go there again and really try to go regularly, I do find mixing hard at times but you can just go home or hopefully in time I may even get to know some people too, at the moment I’m just finding my way but I do energised and happy so thank you to you all. Great find for us. Went for a lovely to cool down in this hot weather. FYI - All need to wear a cap. (They do sell them there). Dogs welcome on site (cannot go in the with you during session). experience! location & a fully submerged community feel! It’s a new plot of a location and I can tell you now that this spot is going be to be the biggest & best place for Frimley! I love the access to fresh spring for the cold treatment, and if you aren’t experienced in this with the Hot & Cold treatments then this is the perfect place to start in fun way! Knowing you’ve got a hot and view waiting for you up on the little hill for you. The are lovely, we loved the ladies that work there and even those we met in the sauna… we had to go around to say bye to everybody because of how lovely they are! We very much look forward coming back (we live middle of country - hours away) it is well worth the journey! You guys have created a experience and we look forward to returning.
