Iets te vol om te dansen I was at one party there and they over sold the tickets. It was very crowded and almost impossible to breath inside. Their ventilation system was not working properly, thus it was impossible to breath. It stinked insidede because all the people were sweating. Got there with 5 friends with 12€ tickets to find it empty, to say that the tickets for a party that ends 3:00am "expired" at 23:00pm. After going to the much better, free entrance, across the street for a couple of hours we tried getting in again and were told by the staff that we couldn't get in with coats or jackets and had to pay to hang them. Terrible experience and stupid rules for a empty venue. Always the best place in Delft for seeing, feeling and enjoying live music - big enough to fit many enthousiasts but still keeping a cozy atmosphere. Kick out people for a random reason and not giving refund. Music is boring and bad and no one is dancing on the dance floor! Security is aggressive, my friend is not drunk but been kicked out of the subjective point of view of the security, my friend even can talk with the in a clear way. Het is dat je minimaal 1 ster moet geven… van mij krijgen ze 0 sterren. Wat n verschrikkelijke uitgaansgelegenheid! Vanaf de deur tot aan de garderobe hangt er geen gezellige sfeer, kan geen lachje van hun gezicht af! Niet van de uitsmijters, kassa damen en al helemaal niet van de dames voor de jassen! Binnen was de sfeer iets beter maar zeker niet top. Vervolgens zijn wij er uit gezet omdat wij gebruik maakte van het heren toilet WAAR NIEMAND WAS! Mevrouw van de jassen kwam ons uit het toilet halen en er stond meteen een uitsmijter die ons naar buiten lijden. Er was geen mogelijkheid om over de situatie te praten… die chick zat zo tering hoog in haar emoties, leek wel of ze al de hele avond had gesnoven. Later ben ik nogmaals terug gegaan om verhaal te halen, werd enig sinds aangehoord en begrip getoond maar goed dat is het eerste wat je leert zodra je de horeca in gaat… wij zijn fan van vroeg pieken maar wij gaan zeker nooooooit meer naar een editie in deze tent🤮 Unbelievable rude! I took my and my friends coat and when I tried to give it to her inside the bar they didn't allow me in even if I had bracelet and everything! I called my friend and we were putting our coats on in the entrance since we were not allowed inside. But they told us we were not allowed to do that too. So they sent us outside in the street in the cold without our coats on! That's unacceptable behavior! You should be ashamed of yourself! Tuve una experiencia muy mala con el vigilante de seguridad. Este me agarró y me empujó fuera del local, pasando por delante de todo el mundo, con excesiva fuerza, después de que intentara liarme un cigarro dentro del establecimiento. Una vez fuera, le pedí al dueño del local más información sobre el vigilante poder presentar una denuncia, y mi sorpresa, me negaron esa información. Es por eso que escribí este mensaje, porque sentí mucha impotencia al no poder hacer nada al respecto, después de haber sido tratado de manera injusta por un vigilante inepto. No recomiendo este local a nadie, y mucho menos a estudiantes que solo quieren disfrutar con sus amigos. Ojalá se den cuenta de la mala elección de personal que han contratado y lo cambien, que en el futuro todo mejore. ¿Cómo es posible que un local de este calibre contrate a personas con tan poca experiencia e inteligencia estar a cargo de un lugar así? Es inaceptable que un sitio que debería ofrecer un ambiente agradable todos, permita que individuos sin las habilidades mínimas gestionar situaciones como estas, estén al frente de la seguridad y el trato con los clientes. The bouncer asked me to open my jacket to see what I was wearing. He was really rude and I said I would not open it, so he pushed me out of the line instead of kindly asking to move away. The reason: one of my friends had a slight stutter, which made the guard think he was way too drunk to be allowed into the club. He didn't drink more than 3 beers. This is absolutely ridiculous. When confronted the guard said she "saw it in his eyes", however he looked completely normal. How can you see something in someones eyes when they had 3 beers??? My friend is definitely not a lightweight lmao. She didn't like his stutter and therefore didn't allow us access to the club. If I were you, I would go to Kurk (the across the street). Kurk is just an overall better experience + the is way better. Awful experience at STECK. If you have orders not to let in single international individuals say it to my face. You have the right to choose who gets in or not in your club. At the same time don't make me waste my time. If that's what you got on your list just tell me and I won't be back. It's just Delft anyway why do you have to make such a big deal of it?
