But I heard from friends that USC offers other than just gym facilities. USC has a nice affordable cafe and clean bathrooms. I love this gym. I wish I have one like that in the US! Service desk could be a little nicer but the trainers are great, I tried many and always had a good time. I appreciate the effort that mostly all the trainers explain everything in English. They just naturally do the in English! If you're a student, you should definitely try to go to this gym. Really amazing that welcome all levels. The gym itself is rather small, so if you are really into lifting then I wouldn’t recommend it. It also gets very busy in the evening so, if possible, you should avoid those times (for the gym). However - I have tried spinning and boxing and thoroughly enjoyed both. The membership allows you to have unlimited access to maybe 100 different sports. It’s also a cheap price! Only problem is you need to pay it all at once Can't say the gym is really up to the standards of what a large university gym should be. I believe there is only one squat rack and one flat bench press. The free weight section gets very crowded as well. This gym has potential, but the staff have not optimized the space. There are too many machines towards the right side of the gym that are not used often. Adding a squat rack there with a place to deadlift would really open up the gym a little more. As for the rest of the facilities, there are plenty of gymnasiums and plenty of spots for exercise classes. The food + coffee at the front desk is actually surprisingly good too! A typical university gym: filled with students. The fitness hall feels a bit crowded with equipment. If there are a lot of people working out, it might feel like there is not a lot of space at all... however, the sports complex offer a lot of other classes, which is incredible! You can take these (most of them) for free if you have a subscription at this gym. Its perfect for broke people and you can work out. But the machines are terrible and its always very busy. Its very cheap to train there and thats oke I'm not a student at this university and used group lessons and the gym for ~6 months now. The group lessons are professional and fun, however they start and end pretty abruptly since there is a rather tight schedule. The gym is ok – some machines the staff doesn't recommend themselves, some are pretty old and don't work very well. Also it's quite crowded at times (sometimes by whole classes, whithout being announced). The changing rooms are always clean and everything works well. The lockers sometimes don't work first try. The sports halls are also used to write exams in. During those times the entrance is crowded to the point one can barely pass. This is ok, I'd just like for it to be announced somewhere. Overall, the price is justified and I'll renew my membership. Went to the Ceroc jazz dive dance class. Lots of fun, very welcoming and friendly. And only 7.50 euros. Stayed in cafe after dance for drink and snack. Very limited parking, but paid parking with 150 meters. Worse gym I've ever gone to, overpriced with barely any gym equipment, all the money was spent on running tracks and gym bikes. It's closed more than it's open, so if you want to work out on holidays, forget about it same for sundays and early closing hours Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
