It was nice place. Cozy and very clean. The location is perfect. I gave 3 stars because customer services is way below the average. 30 minutes delay for check in and no one care. We really loved our stay at Bayern-Chalets Ainring. We couldn’t get to the Sixt rental in time since our train was delayed and the reception was superb and helped us get a taxi to the hotel and back to the Bahnhof the next day. The hotel rooms were new and comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely visit again this is my favorite chalet, because it has the sauna in the own bathroom. it is soooo nice and clean. in the backyard they also provide Jacuzzi. We had booked a weekend here to celebrate my son's birthday and we found it extremely comfortable for a family holiday. Our chalet had a sauna, a private whirlpool in a little private garden with a swimming pool (although it was not heated so we couldn't use it during our stay). But the heated pool at the spa was open for use. The massage at the spa was tremendously relaxing, I only wish I could have it in the chalet itself so I didn't have to step out of the chalet at all. Every meal can be served in the chalet itself without you having to step out. The staff was cheerful and friendly and very helpful during our stay. In fact to our disbelief one of the staff actually insisted on not being tipped for service. So overall it's a beautiful holiday destination an hour and a half drive from Munich which offers service with a smile... Our next favourite holiday destination. The stay and view was very nice but the fact that they turn off our private spa & sauna at 10pm is just ridiculous! As tourist we visit all during the day and expect to come home and relax in the evening but yeah, that isn’t allowed apparently !
