We were rudely asked to leave with our four year old by the as they said she was too young. We argued we would be there with her and we saw other children arguably in the same age category. Even seating with her and not playing was frowned upon. We enquired for someone to cite where it restricts our child but they didn't want to assist. The place is nice but the makes us not recommend this place. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Honestly, by far one of the worst jump houses I’ve been to. The kids run amok and nobody gives a damn. Not the parents and certainly not the crew that is literally being paid to make sure everybody follows the rules and is safe. The people saying it’s spacious I really don’t get. It’s rather small in comparison. The crew really were the cherry on top since they did not pay ANY attention to what the kids were doing or not doing, whatsoever. They were standing there playing on their iPads and talking to each other. At times they weren’t even present at all. So, simply put: it’s certainly quite dangerous. The only reason I gave this place two stars is the nice lady at the reception. Not recommended! I went there to jump and ended up tearing all the ligaments in my ankle because the safety cover wasn’t secured properly and my foot slipped underneath it. The were extremely arrogant and completely overwhelmed by the situation – except for two ladies at the information desk, who at least tried to find me a doctor’s appointment. That’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. The who are supposed to be supervising were more interested in taking selfies of themselves, while children were jumping around chaotically without any control. As I said – the crew responsible for supervision did an abysmal job! Arrogant and self-absorbed!!!!! Awesome experience for the kids. They liked it a lot. I had such a great time at Jump XL! The place is super clean, well organized, and full of energy from the moment you walk in. The trampolines are huge, and there’s a great mix of areas — from open jump zones to foam pits and obstacle courses. The are friendly, attentive, and make sure everyone is safe while still having fun. It’s awesome for both kids and adults — you can go all out jumping around, or just enjoy watching others have a blast. Everything feels fresh and well maintained, and the vibe is perfect for birthdays, group outings, or just a fun afternoon of exercise. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to! We celebrated my son’s birthday party at Jump XL and had an amazing time! The kids had so much fun, the music created a great atmosphere, and the was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. Everything was well organized, and it made the day extra special. Highly recommend for a fun and active birthday party! We had great time with our son. Stuff is very good and helpful.
