Most of the time, there is enough parking space, but it will get busy on rainy weekends and school holidays. Sadly is a bit dirty in certain areas needs a vacuuming that's why I take a star. Staff is very enthousiast. They love to entertain the kids. Facilities are good as well. Lots of stuff to do for the little ones. Occasionally, there's a theme party, such as Halloween. Fun times. Many places were pretty dirty and the staff at the register laughes at people who just paid or seeked for their support, including us. They dont check the amount of changed money they gave (20€ to 1€ coins) and when returning, they just gave the 1 euro that was missing without commenting which seemed kinda fishy. She's not like other front desk bxxxxxx literally laughing at you when you needed help as was an emergency. I will def. give your front desk girls NO star for sure. And because of Chantal I am willing to give you guys 1 Star. She isn't the only employee there to be fair and all you can do is to train the front desk girls better (who worked there this morning) for your own good because you never know and also I would suggest to adjust the toddler gates a bit higher.
