We had shared dinner. Pizza and burgers. It was ok, nothing special. It was a great bowling experience, the number of low weight balls were less, it would be nice if we have more. Great place to bowl and the snack food was really good. Also the service was great and friendly. We have been before but we will go more often. Very nice helpful employees, nice atmosphere. The design of the complex is just breath taking. We had a very fun birthday party and the kitchen went great lengths to accommodate for food allergies of the guests. Thank you very much! I was there to play in an interteams tournament, it's very nice bowling alley and modern, sadly we have a serious problem with the approach and the tournament was canceled, I hope in te future I can go back and play. Some Passive aggressive staff. Ordered a wine and the young guy accidentally poured half a thump too much- he poured it out in the sink to the level! Told me his manager would not be happy. Wasteful to make a point! Bowling is fun though and a nice place with tasty food. I had a very disappointing experience with Lucky Bowling. I had booked and paid for my daughter's birthday party, including food, but unfortunately, she got very sick the night before. I contacted the venue immediately to reschedule, but despite multiple emails and calls, I received no response. Not only did they refuse to reschedule, but they also kept the full payment without offering any solution. The lack of customer service is unacceptable—no replies, no assistance, nothing. My daughter ended up without a birthday party, and I am out of my money. I understand cancellation policies, but a business that hosts children's parties should have some flexibility and at least respond to customers. I would not recommend booking an event here unless you're willing to risk losing your money with zero support. Good bowling but I slipped a couple times. Is it really not allowed to wear your own shoes? And I hope you don’t mind the hole in the roof, sorry!!!
