The place is nicely located with good views, but as its almost the only places to eat it may lack in quality and like other places has inreased prices. All tables continually full, but moved quickly through for those waiting because the food and drinks offered are relatively simple (but good!). The presentation of the dishes was really well done and it raised my expectations of the food, only to find out that the food was not that tasting. We ordered the pumpkin soup, chili con carne, pad Thai, blut und leberwuste, gnocchi gorgonzola. The pumpkin soup had a strong herbs flavor. I asked the waitress if I could exchange it and I think this was the first time she was asked this because she had to check with the cook. She came back and said our food taste was different and that I could order something else but it would not be on the house. I understand that pumpkin soup may be different (in Germany) than I'm used to, but I did not order a herbs flavor soup. Sadly the other dishes were either too salty or too bland. The best tasting thing was the bottled coke and the beautiful view of the sunset, which was after all, free of charge. We order fish but we ate fish skin with boiled potatoes for 44€ 2 plates. It was soooooo bad. Finally they said dont accept credit card. They sended us to get cash from the bank. Its soooo roud. Dont go and eat at this restaurant The food and drinks are expensive, especially the cakes, considering it's nothing special. Understandably you're paying for the view/location mostly, the prices are through the roof and it really isn't justified considering these are just basic items on the menu.
