Discovered this place purely by chance, as I was browsing around the Victoria Shopping Centre. It's small but well stocked with free information, as well as maps and some interesting books. The lady behind the counter was really helpful when I asked her about what there is to see around Llandudno, and she gave me a free street map to help me find my way around. There's also a nice selection of postcards, gifts, Welsh tweed, and local crafts. Very friendly and helpful staff. Made some good recommendations based on their personal experiences. Good find in the shopping centre, only by chance really as thought this would be along the seafront or something. It has a selection of gifts and souvenirs as well as leaflets in attractions and discounts when booking attractions in the area. Great place for shopping not one empty shop great fish and chips at pebbles restaurant we will visit again soon Very rude people, visited with 3 family's odd 12 0f us and been refused to board boat because of our enquiries. Very good customer service 👍 Being disabled I haven't been to llandudno in years. The public toilets 50p to get in they were disgusting. Rusty, dirty, no sanitary bins and no soap to wash your hands. The baby changing units were filthy my granddaughter had to be changed in her buggy. To say llandudno is a popular place with many fantastic shops the least the council can do is keep the toilets clean. List one of my favorite earrings I bought whilst visiting Wales last year.
