Staff were very helpful, and, when not doing something else, they were busy sweeping, cleaning, or vacuuming. Safety is demonstrably a high priority. They both played in the section for older children, but there was plenty tailored for the under four's along with their parents, or grandparents (us). Strongly reccomended. The worst playground I have ever been! I was invited to a birthday party. I arrived 30min earlier, but was refused to come in because of the parent for the party is not there and paid yet! But other playgrounds like bubble jungle and balorig didn’t have this problem! 30 min outside and it rains!! Just had our first and last birthday party at Monkey Town Warmond. We booked a table a month prior my daughters birthday just to come and receive a small squishy place next to the toilets. And there were seats for only, we had to bring an extra table and chairs for adults. Though we were asked to pay for adults food, as there were more than 4 adults with us and in this case you pay for adults too. It was overcrowded, stuffy and largely overpriced place. Toilets are small, dirty and smelly, especially if you sit next to them. 2 cabins for men and women is not enough when you have hundreds people inside. You pay a way to much for a very little service. In fact no service, as you have to go and get everything yourself. The only plus is the facilities, definitely great for the kids. We are not going to celebrate any birthdays there again. Going back to our old and proven place -Kidszoo. Additionally, just read some of the reviews from 2-3 years ago. People we complaining about the same things-dirty toilets, lack of service, crowded place. Under every review-there is a Monkey Town response -thank you, we will take your feedback on board.
