But please don't do these behavior again. Regards. I have booked the car for 7 days. The rent was forcefully ended by Sixt in 3rd day. Then I had to book the car again for 3 days. At the end I paid for 3 extra and only could use the car for 6 days. Even after calling and reporting this incident, no has been refunded. Now thanks for refunding the for 3 booking. However, I could not use the car today and I have billed for today as well. I took the car on 17th May for 7 days. Therefore I supposed to return on 23rd May. First booking was cancelled by Sixt on 20th. I had to rebook on 20th again for 3 days. Therefore 20th is counted twice and I ended up returning the car one day before and had to cancel my plan. This shows they have hidden charges and shady practices designed to exploit customers. When I reached out to SIXT’s customer to resolve the issue, their responses were dismissive and slow. Despite multiple emails, I received no meaningful explanation or resolution. Instead, I was met with generic excuses about their “policy,” which conveniently ignored the fact that these charges were added without my consent! To make it worse, the deposit I paid was held for an unreasonably long time, well beyond the promised timeline. Even after numerous follow-ups, SIXT failed to address my concerns promptly or professionally. Their email communication lacked urgency, accountability, and any real effort to resolve the situation. It felt like I was being gaslit into accepting their mistakes. This is not just poor customer service—this is outright fraudulent behavior. They have left me feeling scammed and extremely disappointed. SIXT Berlin embodies everything a rental car company should NOT be. I would advise anyone considering renting from them to think twice unless you enjoy being overcharged, ignored, and left frustrated. Rent elsewhere—save yourself the headache! In Zukunft nur noch bei Sixt. good service, fair prices. the is available in alot of places. the business area could be extended in Berlin The car would not start (it was the only one in the car park due probably to the transport strike) so I locked it un again- somebody luckily came from the city with a Volkswagen Golf and I moved to that. It was advertised as 0.43 per minute and I tried to start it less that 3 minutes according to my Iphone. They charged over 100 euros for this, which is quite shameless. So do not touch any such cars, they are a trap. I will fill in an official complaint as I want my back ASAP. 2 times out of 2 rentals the final receipt turned out to be wrong. Instead of two rental they calculated three, added extra charges and fees and only after me checking and complaining they returned the money.
