It appears to be best suited to smaller (1-6years). They offer plenty of space with a number of places to sit and enjoy drinks or meal. They actually have a wide range of drink and food options available for both adults and kids. They charge a premium over standard tickets to access the massive blow up park but it worth the little extra for an hour or 2 there as well. Their bathrooms and facilities were clean and well maintained on our last visit. I would recommend a visit to families for a good value day out. An enjoyable experience for parents with small children. There is a seated area you can comfortably keep an eye on your little one. Great age appropriate equipment. I came back after some time and it was really nice, organized, the staff were great. The food was good and the most annoying thing for me was the cleaning of bathroom but now it was really good. Before you had a choice if you wanted to go into the bouncy castle area, now you are forced to pay for both areas even if you just use one. Bathrooms are still and not cleaned enough during operational hours. This has become too expensive and you notice on Sundays when it would usually be crowded with and parents, that the place is not even half full. They make a fortune in a day but the toilets are ridiculously kept. There are no healthy food options for the parents/guardians. And here is the picture of the ball pit (I confirmed this with the staff). It’s on a weekday. We came last weekend it was far worse. My boy just went into the springkussen and 30 seconds later he is coming out crying. He was very proud to have his own jumper socks. Unfortunately the jumper socks must be of the EPICX brand. No other jumper socks were allowed. What some people won't do for money and business is appalling. There are cheaper options which are equally fun nearby. Before it was like €9/kid which was expensive but reasonable. Since they changed to EpixX, they recently increased the prices to €15/kid. That is more than a 50% increase at once. That is just ridiculous. The excuse that is because of the castle and laser game is silly. I will be going to any of the many options nearby which are equally fun for the kids. I was disappointed by the lack of supervision and security in the areas. There are no staff to monitor the children's activities, nor are there any surveillance cameras. Children frequently get into fights or accidents without anyone to step in or assist. During our visit, I had to intervene personally to protect my child, who was being attacked by a group of siblings aged 5 to 14. There is also no way for parents to properly supervise their children on the inflatable castle, which makes the situation even more concerning. This was a distressing experience, and I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements in safety are made. Big disappointment! Dark, dusty and overall just terrible. Great place but clearly understaffed and unhygenic. It is a great place for children with lots of activities. However there are 2 problems: 1. Very poor ventilation and jo sound proofing. It gets very stuffy and smells bad. 2. Not enough staff around especially when it comes to hygeine. The toilets are never cleaned. Check the photos I took yesterday. Hele fijne lokatie! It's very (toilets and stink at 10:30 in the morning so just hour after opening!), the floor probably wasn't vacuumed since it changed ownership... And now you pay 15e for playground and jumping area included, you cannot choose to only use playground. They don't have socks for sale, they put them in boxes for everyone to use, everywhere are laying socks that were also probably never washed (judging by how they look...). We always trying to go outdoors playground, but this day he wanted to go and jump on trampoline. So, I would say the people who comes with them children, they don't care about how and where they are playing and should to play. The staff is nice., and area is quite big, a lot of different attractions. But it's too stuffy inside, you guys need to create some good air-conditioning... And then maybe I'll give you 5 stars... We've been coming here since it was Monkey Town, the name changed but everything stayed the same or worse. They added a karting arena which is nice. The quality of everything else has unfortunately declined, they are understaffed and it takes forever to check in and order. Out of 3 ordering machines, only 1 is working. Toilet smells like in a night club, it would be nice if someone could clean it once in a while. Overall, entire place needs a deep clean, I feel like stains on the floor have been there forever. No aircondition, inside is hell combined with deep oil smell. Ik heb 1,5 uur gewacht, tussendoor werd er elke keer gezegd dat ze bezig waren met mijn bestelling, maar deze kwam niet. Tussendoor nog een andere pieper gekregen van een medewerker. Er staan veel spullen aan de zijkanten en het is er vrij donker doordat er ramen zijn. Ook de mannen-WC was helaas vies. Hele leuke plek om met je kind naartoe te gaan. It was cool and enjoyable atmosphere for childeren. The staffs were very kind and one of them Soudabeh in lazer game section had a very nice control on childeren and took care of them.
