Buona la pasticceria anche se si trovano anche altre tipologie di pasticciotti che sinceramente a Galatina dovrebbe essere vietata la produzione per legge, lasciando tali intrugli alle zone dilettantesche limitrofe 😃(come fare una amatriciana con aglio, cipolla o pancetta). La legge è legge diceva Totò (scherzo naturalmente, totalmente un mio punto di vista, magari cambiar nome a ciò che pasticciotto non è). Quello classico buono ma lo preferisco da altre parti. I dolci sono ottimi, ricchi di crema e molto saporiti. La crema è sempre ottima e non presenta mai un gusto "farinoso", di limone o troppo vanigliato. La pasta dei dolci è sempre cotta al punto giusto e croccante. Ho provato anche il caffè macchiato e il cappuccino, ottimi. Personale molto gentile e attento alle necessità del cliente. Nota a favore: ottima la disponibilità del "senza lattosio". Se non si vogliono avere problemi è meglio prenotare. Paste davvero buone!
