In the end of they have small shop with souvenirs Beautiful with a friendly French guide. Guided visits only. Great location. The chateau looks very good. There are no real gardens and the interior is sometimes lacking furniture. However for the price they ask, it was worth it. The guide is very knowledgeable and the paintings on the walls are great. The gardens cannot change as there is no place for them anymore, but I think the furniture can still improve but overall this was a very well done chateau. Nice place. The English leaflet helped. The french speaking tourguide was difficult to follow We traveled a long way specifically to see this Chateau. We checked the website which said it closes at 5.30 at this time of year and last entry is at 4.30pm. We arrived just after 4 (using toll roads to get there early) and found the Chateau closed. When I finally located someone they said that the last visit was at 4 and we could not enter. It may have been quiet but they should stick to the advertised opening times.
