Staff walking about with food and not knowing the table numbers. Not trained on food allergies!!! They haven't a clue !!! Food was just ok. So disappointed. Barmaid with sky blue polo top ,petite and with blonde hair was lovely and friendly with a smile. Sorry won't be returning or recommend . We went here tonight with 3 of the kids, we had 3 chicken stacks a steak and a lasagne. To be honest we couldn't find any fault at all with the food everything was cooked well and tasted lovely. 2 of the brats also had dessert 🙈 and they were well portioned. All in all it was an enjoyable and tasty experience thank you 😁 Just had dinner here tonight and as a fussy vegetarian I was super impressed by their menu choices. The food was stunning, so tasty and I'm stuffed. Everyone else enjoyed theirs too. Great portions, quality food and great atmosphere. Place is beautifully decorated. Can't wait to return. They could be a bit more helpful, I asked about the menu unable to answer. Asked for the bill and I ended up have to go and get it myself . But other than the staff a great meal and I would return in the future hopeful staff will have a little bit more training. Chicken goujons properly cooked and batter tasted amazing. Chips also cooked to perfection. Best meal out in a while. Staff were very friendly aswell and although we hadn't booked we were really well looked after.. Will probably be back again. Absolutely appalling service. They don't answer the phone, or answer their Facebook messages. How are you supposed to get in touch when the two options they present are ignored. I am disgusted by their lack of customer service. Warm and friendly local bar. Excellent Side Door restaurant. Both bar and restaurant good value for money. New pool and darts room. Great place to escape with your mates for a few hours.
