They also have trampoline, spinning, climbing and badminton facilities. The only thing which could be improved is there workout area, which does not have that much to offer. There's so much to do here. Exercising options - squash, climbing, dancing, yoga, fight sports, gym... Free time activities - cinema, coffee shops, restaurants. Meeting rooms too... The place is bigger on the inside. Even the basement has working spaces. Can spend days exploring all 1e floors Pretty good facilities. It's a bit warm in the current heatwave. Unfortunately there's also only one rowing machine. There's also a great selection of exercise teams, if that's your thing. I’ve attended DGI Huset Nordkraft for almost three years but have decided to cancel my monthly subscription. Mostly, this is because there are not enough good yoga classes; most of them are not very challenging, and I don't enjoy the instructors' approach. I have also attended other classes such as cycling, Zumba, Pilates, etc. They are all good, but not exactly my favorite way of exercising. The place itself is in need of renovation, as well as new equipment. However, the price is good for what you get ☺️ Nice place for all kinds of sport activities Der er ret trængt ved maskinerne.
