EXCELLENT COCKTAILS I dropped by here an evening after dinner along with three friends. It was a busy place and no doubt people was having a good time - hygge. We did get a table immediately - and you find the menu via a QR code. They have a selection of - and quite a few on the menu”Happy hour”-list. And here happy hour is 9PM-2AM !! And happy hour is 2 for 1 price. Really nice. Across the four of us we tasted 6 different - Alm tasty and well balanced. The acoustics of the place is also - even though crowded we could talk without yelling. The staff is - attentive, busy and professional. Great place to drop by for - we dropped by a Thursday evening in MAR 2025. Kold kaffe. Brunch absolut pengene værd. Kommer igen. Slightly cheaper than other places in the area but much lower quality. I got the Unami burger, which came COLD 😳 Honestly I was so surprised this has never happened to me before. But beyond that it was very bland and boring. When I open it I didn't see a single mushroom, and I couldn't taste the raclette cheese or truffle oil mayo. It was good, but I was expecting something very flavorful and bold, this was not it at all. I have higher expectations for a 145DKK burger (Grillen Burgers are much better for 2/3 of the price) My boyfriend ordered the brunch, which looked when it came out (3 plates, toast bacon eggs avocado pancakes and fruits) but turned out to be very disappointing. Again, very bland, tasteless and boring. It just felt like they forgot to add spice or something. Very weird. My step daughter was super happy with her pancakes, and I enjoyed the caramelized strawberries and pomegranate on top she wouldn't eat 😅 We ate outside, nice and cosy location in the city center, very calm and relaxed but the terrasse felt a bit cramped. was excellent, and fast. My friend ordered the American burger and enjoyed it ☺️ Generous portions. The fish and chips were great. Loved the milkshake! Stopped in with the girls for a nice night out. Nice atmosphere, reasonably priced, friendly service, and their special blend of sauce made the burger I had taste different than any burger I have had before. My first visit to Denmark and wanted something unique and that made it feel unique. The brunch is good, tastes and the price is in the cheaper end. Coffee has free refill and is value, the taste is good. Orange juice is decent even though it is freshly squeezed. All that for around 172 kr ( 25€ Ish) Got a poor excuse for a steak sandwich that they recommended. The taste just wasn't there, in the bread, spread nor the steak itself. The portion size was a little to small as well, mostly because the bread was really small. Cute cafe with mexican organic coffee the place has a very nice hygge environment, I would have being nicer if they had more dessert options I think Café Vesterå is a nice and quite trendy bar. On weekends the upper floor is a good place for fans of electronic music to dance. It is not the cheapest place but the cocktail happy hour on weekdays is perfect. One of the better cocktail places in Aalborg, it is pretty price thou, but well worth the price Stemningen er super god på en lørdag aften, hyggelig og en lille smule intim restaurantvibes (i forhold til gaden). God formålstjenligt musik, flot og velholdt indretning. Happy hour tilbuddet med 2 for 1 på stort udvalg af er et meget fordelagtigt koncept. Kval på er mediocre at best, der bruges sour mix og frisk citron/sukker sirup, hvilket resulterer i at de fleste bliver for søde, nogle til et punkt hvor de er næsten udrikkelige. Menukortet claimer "fresh lemon juice og sugar syrup" men ved at udspørge en tjener fik vi at vide at der bruges sour mix. Så menukortet lyver tydeligvis hvilket er yderst d stil. Andre kunne have godt af at blive halveret i størrelse, f.x white russian som nærmest serveres i et lille smoothie glas, med en stor mængde mælk. God men relativt få tjenere. Opsummeret: Godt sted at indlede aftenen med billige men imponerende cocktails. Baren bør kraftigt overveje at benytte mindre sukker, mindre mixer, og mere is i cocktails. Skud ud til pissour væggen på 1. Sal, der effektivt tjener sit formål. Bollen på min sandwich kedelig og blød. Kyllingen varm og bløde pomfrites. Ærgelig jeg læste anmeldelser inden vi gik ind.
