I’m so sorry to say the today’s special “Mørbrad gryde” tenderloin in sauce was the worst I have ever had, poor taste and really bad and not tender meat. Just so sad to invite international guests to a place like this Very, very good fresh and tastefull food. Friendly staff. Worth the money. Seriously this place has the location and had everything. Unfortunately they have a problem with the person pr people who run it. A dat like this with the blue fedestival, they should have enough staff to run the place and just one through out the whole festival. Seriously, something is on the and can't be ordered because they are short on staff is very bad signal. I am surprised even the place is still running. It's not the staffs fault, it just the people who run the whole restaurant that don't really don't care or just too lazy to run the place. They have the menu, the food isn't good though. You eat cause its close to the music, the is ok. The owners or who ever is running this place should always remember, when there is an event in town they should make sure there is enough staff and a concept for the whole concert. People don't care about the price, it all about what you have to offer to your guests and that's happening in town. That's how you earn 🤑 because this place has alot to offer 😉. I come every time but I am always disappointed. Won't eat hear again and I don't recommend the food! everything was fine, but I don't like self-service We went there for an afternoon pastry and coffee. The coffee and drinks were good! The gateau marcel was delicious. The brownie was cold and the compote was a little sour. The ambience was great! The young lady who was responsible for the sitting of the customers was very polite with a nice smile. However, the stuff was very slow. They seemed inexperienced and they lacked the “eye of the tiger”. Really bad service. We asked if we could eat here because it seemed nice, he said not until 5 so we agreed to wait and he can bring our the when the staff is ready. We got drinks and finished them after 5 minutes, waiter never came around a second time to ask if we want more. After half an hour (around 17:20) we got up and left because the didn't arrive and other guests were served and the waiter looked at us but didn't come to our table. When we left, our glasses were instantly collected. We did not feel welcome at all. We have had lunch outside and it starts to rain. We got absolutely no assistance for changing the table. Finally, we carry our food by ourselves inside, and the waitress told us, we cannot sit on a big and had to change the again, also with no assistance. The location is nice, so 1 star for that, can't rate the food though since we didn't get any and was just horrible, considering how we were treated. We were looking for a place to eat with a group of seven and were informed the kitchen wouldn't start serving for another 30 minutes, so we decided to get drinks first and wait. We ordered and had to pay upfront which none of us ever experienced. As we were sitting outside and among us were some smokers the waiter offered to bring an ashtray which he never did. When our drinks were empty nobody came to let us order more. When the 30 minutes were over nobody brought a so we could order food even though we specifically asked for that when we ordered drinks. When the waiter came to get empty glasses at a next to us we waived to him and he assured he would come, but then never came back. Eventually other people started receiving food who came later than we did. We also noticed they didn't have to pay upfront. Eventually we decided to just leave and within 10 seconds the waiter was at our to clear off glasses. I have visited many different locations in my life, but never once did I encounter this bad. Food was good but lacking. No attendance at terrace had to go inside find the waitress each time. We’ve ordered tartar and risotto and it was incredibly tasty! Also awesome service. I have no words how to describe how great was our visit there, highly recommend. A lovely location but I was not impressed by the food. I ordered roasted fish but got overly salted mashed potatoes with baked beans and soggy bacon. When I complained about my order, I was met with rudeness. I will not be coming back.
