Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Saw all the negative reviews-have no idea what they are talking about. Very Nice location. Very relaxed ambiance. Bar staff very pleasant. Nice aperol spritz. Reasonable prices. Drinks include chips and marinated olive. Aperol spritz 6 euro , SP limonata 5 euro No cover charge. Great club with amazing service and food. This is an upscale club with full service including hot showers, a small pool, a great sandy and restaurant. The place is upscale and the service impeccable. Definitely not if you are on a budget, but worth it if you are looking for a great experience. Food was delicious and service was great. Danielle the was super nice. The and management really need to learn how to treat their customers. Since I walked in there was a rude arrogant lady who tried to sell sun beds for 50 euros. We decided it would be better to stay at the restaurant and buy drinks and food there and maybe take a look at the later. We sat down and waited for the menu to come which it didn't. So I thought I'd take a look and see where I could find them. The lady asked me what I was doing and I replied looking for a menu, she then tried to literally shoo me away from it like I was a seagull coming in for their lunch. During our drinks my friend and I decided to go down to the and check it out, with my wife and 1 year old son walking down to take a look. After our food and drinks we went up to pay and the restaurant had slapped on a charge of 10 euros per person for the beach. When I asked what the charge was they replied it was a private for which I said it was a public and that you can't charge for the use of a public area. They then changed the story to us "using their facilities" this was implied by me washing my feet on the small taps they have for the purpose of people washing sand off their feet. The conversation escalated quickly from understanding why, to the owners telling us we needed to pay the fee becoming aggressive and raising his voice. We argued for a bit and I reluctantly paid half given our kids were there and I didn't want them to be exposed to such toxicity. After we walked out after settling the bill, the had the nerve to say "No thankyou? No thankyou for the beach, the music, the food?". The ego of the and their completely scandalous tactics of overcharging customers deserves to be called out and I hope this can serve as a warning for other customers considering visiting their business. The place looks incredible and very well maintained. The staff at the bar was very nice but the is very rude and unfriendly. Told me that it costs 200€ for 3 adults but I had to approach him. He made no effort whatsoever to be nice or friendly. For €200 euros I expect nice and clean facilities as well as QUALITY SERVICE. There are lots of other private beaches in the area with friendlier staff and adequate prices. (und für alli mini schwizer, die schwizer flagge isch en scam, de weiss genau wie kliente alocke aber er isch ultra unprofessional und sexistisch, Bitte gend dem Lutscher kei geld) It’s a beautiful location, but the is arrogant and unfriendly. We rented 3 beds with an umbrella and were charged €90. Expensive, but would have been fine if the didn’t react so blunt when we asked to get an extra umbrella. “So you wante discounte?’ I’m Dutch but not cheap. No, I ask if it’s possible to get an extra umbrella and am happy to pay for it. “No, not possible.” Why not? “Because no!” And second: with the slightest breeze all umbrellas needed to close (while on the rest of the all umbrellas were up). So in the middle of the day with scorching sun there was no shade. Never again! We had good experience, only went for quick drinks and coffee. Atmosphere is beautiful One star for the shade, a second for the fans. Reviews are on point. Prices are above average, which would’ve been ok if the service made up for it. We left as we didn’t feel like giving them anymore money for an unwelcoming stay. SCAMMERS Enquired about the price of a lounger each. To which the male replied ‘€6 at the back, €8 euro at the front for the full day’. I clarified this with him and wanted to pay. He replied saying ‘no, no, you pay at the end’. We stayed on the sun beds for 3 hours. When I went to pay the cost was €60. I tried to discuss with the that there had been a miscommunication and I would have never rented the beds for that price, if he had only allowed me to pay first I would have realised and we only stayed for 3 hours. He stated that he spoke to me in my language and that it doesn't matter how long we stayed it was a standard day charge. We had to pay it because the male became very arrogant and rude and I just wanted out of the situation entirely. Also during our stay I tried clarify the price with one of the young male waiting staff working there who stated he didn’t speak any English. When we were walking through Sestri Levante a couple of days later he recognised us but couldn’t remember where from and was speaking to us in perfect English. It was all rather awkward. STAY AWAY.
