Cycling the Coastal Path with guides Sara and Paul from Levanto was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we started, just a short distance from the famous Cinque Terre, it was clear that this was no ordinary tour. There were hills—big hills—but the e-bikes made easy work of them, allowing us to enjoy the without worrying about the challenge. Sara and Paul, expert riders and guides, were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also truly beautiful humans to hang with for a few hours. They ensured that we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the journey. Framura was like stepping back in time. Exploring the Carolingian defensive tower, which has stood for over 1500 years, gave us a deep sense of history. We also enjoyed a quick coffee in the small, tranquil hamlet before continuing on the 'Mare e Monti' cycle path, a stunning stretch that took us along cliffs with the vast blue sea below. The village of Bonassola, quietly nestled away from the hustle and bustle, was a peaceful gem. One of the highlights was reaching the panoramic Madonnina della Punta, a 400-year-old chapel perched above Bonassola Bay, where we enjoyed a well-deserved wine tasting of the nearby vineyard, Ca’ di Mare varietal. The crisp, citrusy Pergola dei Saraceni Bianco paired beautifully with delicious focaccias as we took in the breathtaking coastal views. We wound along the coast, pedaling through tunnels that once carried old railway lines. Each tunnel opened up to breathtaking sea that made us feel like we were riding through history. It was peaceful, far from the usual crowds, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the untouched beauty of the landscape. This cycling adventure, with its perfect mix of history, nature, and local flavors, was nothing short of extraordinary. Matteo, our guide, was very fast to answer questions ahead of the tour, very friendly and always ensure safety of all participants. He was very flexible in adjusting for last minute changes. The was simply excellent, a great way to visit this area of Italy. I would highly Matteo and his team. I did 2 tours with Ebilkeln Cinque Terre and they were wonderful. My first was with Andre and hid did a great job guiding me in the countryside and along the sea. Thje were breathtaking!! My second was with Sara and she was also fantastic on educating us on the areas we visited, I enjoyed getting to know them both. I will treasure the memories of this trip for the rest of my life! Sara and Paul are the most wonderful and warm hosts of this lovely ebike through the Monterosso area of Cinque Terre. I normally prefer a regular bike, but ebikes really make the mountainous terrain here possible. This was one of my favorite activities I did in all of Italy. Stunning views, kind and organized guides, and beautiful scenery. Don't miss this! Paul was an excellent e-bike guide! Fantastic of the top of Monterosso up high in the mountains. E-bikes were in great shape and helmets and water provided, with wine and focaccia at the end. No problems climbing the hills with these bikes but the is fast coming down! Highly recommend. We throughly enjoyed cycling into the beautiful countryside and mountains. Giulia was very informative about the history of the area and made it a fun for the group. Very nice to have fresh focaccia and wine for lunch. We will it. Sue and Julie Our e-bike led by Giulia and co was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish Giulia and staff made sure everyone was well accommodated with the right and gear, went over safety and during the gave us interesting stories about the region on our various stops throughout the ride, ending off with some delicious focaccia bread and wine. Il da Monterosso a Soviore, sulle alture di Vernazza e con ritorno a Monterosso chiudendo l'anello mi ha fatto vedere luoghi conosciuti con occhi nuovi, grazie anche ai tuoi racconti, alle spiegazioni a ogni stop e alle domande interessati dei partecipanti. Oltre alla messa a disposizione di ottimo materiale (e-bike, casco, guanti) sei riuscito a creare una buona atmosfera all'interno del gruppo (nel nostro caso 6) composto da turisti di vari paesi che ha contribuito ad "arrotondare" la bella esperienza.
