What a posh play! Positives;- * Really cohesive and detailed decor of the play * impeccably clean * reasonably priced entry which wasn’t timed. * Good adult and children’s food menu with if anything a bias towards the parents tastes which is nice. *large area so your kids will have lots to discover and won’t get bored too soon. * background music at a reasonable level. Negatives;- * only cheese scones (I love any kind of scone except cheese) I did enquire if there were any other options and was told he only made one type. If wouldn’t be that much trouble to make two different types. * I gave feedback to this and was informed by the round man serving me “that he wasn’t the chef” not a brilliant response. Still will be happy to visit again Found this place when looking for indoor attractions around Bridport, as a way to escape wet weather and keep the kids entertained. A modern, bright and well-run centre with both a large play, cafe and a centre located within. The was excellent and the instructors were very hands-on and patient with the younger ones (including mine) and this really paid off with making a memorable experience. The was fairly generic itself, but it is very reasonably priced and the sessions are long, so it was perfect for us. I highly recommend this venue. We took our son and his friend here for his fourteenth birthday outing and we were very impressed. All the were polite helpful and knowledgeable. The cafe has a good selection of food and drink including an oat milk option if you’re not keen on dairy. The whole venue is clean and tidy. We will visit again. We had such a fantastic time here! The entire was better than expected, which is always a surprise. The was super helpful, and the itself was really enjoyable. We highly recommend this spot and are already planning our next visit. We will definitely return! This place is incredible.. It has everything an indoor centre should have and from the moment you walk through the door you are immersed in a setting that leads you to believe you're at a theme park. The decor and trimmings were obviously very well thought out and attention to detail was clearly at the forefront when this centre was designed. Its super modern, funky, quirky and fun. This place really is the future of indoor centres setting the bar way above what us parents knew was out out there. I had a chat with Matt who excitedly shared the future vision and growth and knowing what's coming in the future I have no doubt this will be a landmark destination for any parent looking for the best value for money and for their little ones. Every detail has been carefully executed and if it were a hotel it would be 5 star. Both my children (10 & 5 years old) said it was the best indoor they had ever been too (we've tried them all) and I had to agree. The prices seemed too good to be true but when we walked through the door we all had smiles and awe on our faces. The are super friendly and courteous, the facilities were squeaky clean, food and drink are available at reasonable prices and the actual area has everything a child needs to have the best time including softball pitch, volleyball court, 'death slide' (just the right height for all ages, including myself)! tunnels, bridges, ball pit, hurdles, twists turns and so much more. Hands down the best we've had at an indoor play. We drove an hour to get there and we'll spend many more hours driving to go back again and again. This is an absolute gem of a business and they have nailed what all other centres have missed. Thanks again to Matt for sharing the future vision, the for keeping the place as crisp and clean as they do and the owner for creating this evolving vision for parents to treat the little ones in a centre that ticks every box. Please check out the photos, they do not do it justice! Don't take my word for it, get over and treat your little one's and see how their faces light up. It's worth every penny! 10/10 would recommend. During a rainy day Camping we decided to boon the for my daughter's. The facilities were good but the customer service was atrocious. On arrival standing at the reception desk waiting to book in when a member saw us waiting came and closed the door to the reception desk that led from the area and ignored us. Had to ring the assistance bell 3 times before another member came to book us in. When my daughters were booked in the instructors didn't seem to want to help, explain how it worked (being their first time there and just ignored the girls until I had to say "They haven't been before can you explain to them what to do please". Not the I would expect. Celebrated children's birthday here. as a group of 8 kids and a party lunch after. Everyone had a time. The were really friendly and helpful. The two instructors gave them all a wonderful experience: supporting and encouraging everyone including those with additional needs. Lunch was in a private part of the banquet hall. Chips, nuggets, sausages, juice etc. - just what they needed after their hard work on the walls. The adults enjoyed some hot drinks from the café. I'd very much recommend. Thank you! We had a morning trying out the and the play! Our first visit and was really impressed. The were great, the kids were fine but me and my husband needed a little help and they were very patient with me being a wimp! The is huge! I can see some whinging about the slide but it will be a safety thing. There is PLENTY to do aside from this. All the were friendly, helpful and calm given how busy it was. Lovely drinks, snacks and charging points at every table. Will def return on future rainy days. Very well recommended. Kids loved it, food was and very fresh. We came all the way from Reading and it was worth every mile. were very friendly and helpful. We will be back. One of the best areas I’ve ever been to. Food is delicious & prepared fresh by a chef, portions are also great. Coffees are delicious. Very clean, everything is top spec. You can see the owner has put a lot of pride and effort into this place. Staff are very friendly. I would 100% recommend this place. There’s so much for the kids to do and the seating area is for the adults with clear view of the area. Overall for all.
