My son and me had ski lessons here, the instruction we were given was great and we definitely learnt a few skills. The activities are really reasonably priced. It's a really good set up on the holiday park. Will definitely be back! We visited here when staying on the warmwell site. They offer skiing, snowboarding, and also a fun activity of sliding down the slopes in doughnut rings. The snow centre was clean and the slopes were in good condition. The staff on site were incredibly friendly and helpful and always cheerful when we saw them throughout our stay. Ringos were good. We thought the juniors slope was maybe a bit short. 30 minutes was just enough time for a session. Booking is necessary. Couple of vending machines, but no hot drinks. From the booking counter as the cafe was closed at 1400 in March. Staff were a bit unfussed. Fantastic place and staff. First time doing snowboarding, and we absolutely loved it! Our instructor (Mason) was brilliant. Decided to come back later to do a doughnut session and had so much fun. Thank you. We did the Ringo's and had great fun, even though the weather wasn't great. The staff were great and there was one member of staff who noticed my daughter (who had special needs) was upset as she was nervous about trying out the Ringo's, she came over and calmed my daughter down and encouraged her to try the Ringo's. My daughter ended up loving it. I am very thankful to the member of staff (I didn't get her name) for being so supportive and understanding. We are looking forward to visiting again.
