Shop is always clean and well stocked. are knowledgeable but will admit when they aren't sure - I'd rather someone say they don't know instead of lie to me and kill my tank! They stock some items that you have to ask about, but they are always willing to help and go above and beyond, customer service is brilliant. I am new to the area and sent a message to see when they were open on the Bank Holiday Monday, I had a reply nearly straight away and this was about 7.30 pm on the Sunday. We went on Monday, I ask which one was Andrew and he answered. They made us feel so welcome and was very, very helpful. I am in a wheelchair and my wife pushed me in. We bought quite a lot of fish, Andrew Packed them in a box for us and Carried it to the car and put them in the boot. Then we said we had seen the sign for a garden centre . He gave us directions to get there and recommended it. Than yo so much for going that extra mile for us. I recommend this place 100% . Thank you, we will be back. Ron. Such and friendly staff.
