The service, on the other hand, was disappointing. We ordered food early in the afternoon, two simple hamburger meals. We had to wait over an hour for it, and the food wasn't even served at the same time; my girlfriend received her meal 10 minutes after I did. We had specifically purchased a day pass so we could swim for a few hours in the early afternoon and then return later in the evening for another swim. We were later informed that this was not possible. This felt unfair, especially since this information was not mentioned anywhere on the website.
