Wonderful Naturist Camping and accommodation in an area not well served for naturists. Our bungalow was clean and comfortable but has several faults but none serious. Reception staff are lovely and helpful. Multilingual site info available which is more than can be said for the bistro that doesn't offer any translations or help whatsoever. Bistro Staff are nice and the food excellent if overpriced. Just needs a multi lingual menu card, Not difficult???? Great place for families and couples, that has strict but sensible rules. We loved our and will be back. A great naturist campsites in the Black forest. Has everything you need and is well located to visit Mulhouse, Freiburg and Basel. There is a large swimming pond and a bar. Great for the family. Could not have had a more rude interaction with reception in my entire life. Zero friendliness, she could not care less about her guests. A real disappointment, especially for someone who is new to the scene and looking for guidance. It put a massive dampener on my vacation, I would not recommend going here if you are looking for collegiality and community. Worst place ever. We got a reservation with the price confirmed, then we came there and it was suddenly 100euros more. The reception says "you are ready to or to leave" not even I'm sorry, what can we do for you. No service at all and the tone of the lady!!!! We are the costumers but I don't think they want us there. it's pretty cool but paying 25 euros for wifi to not have it on the place is crazy Although the camping (place) itself is beautifull and situated nicely, they seem to have no clue about hospitality and make it their guests just leasuring. Instead of that they are too rigid about rules and too busy making to much money out of everything. I'm not talking about the FKK rules; they are just fine. One need those on places like this. No, I'm pointing at the way of moving within one periode from one mobile home to a small house; both booked on their behalf, because there was no other way to organise a 6 day at this camping. We had to pay twice cleaning costs (!), and above on that, we were urged to leave our mobile home at 11 and could just move in at 16. In the mean time they just let us find a way on our own with all our stuff including refridge-needed goods. After my own investigation, I found out that the small house was empty allready and after a strange discussion we were -in huge exception- allowed to -at least- put our stuff allready in the kitchen and fridge of that house. The same goes for staying longer at the park at the last day. You need to check-out of the house at 11. We wanted to a little longer at the pool and drive at about 18h back home. We were told that staying was only possible if you pay €2,50 per hour of the stay.....We were really puzzled... How is that contribute to a good feeling about our stay? We were a customer for 6 days for in total €100,- a day! Pretending to be a 5 star camping with these kind of prices and than on top of that asking money for: - Wifi: €18,- per 7 days for just 1 (one) device with 0.01Mb/s down and 0.08Mb/s up.... - Not posible to pay at the desk with a creditcard under €50,- - Not possible to pay at the restaurant with PIN under € 20,- (so no Icecreame for us) - Paying conditions only to know once you have orderd: There is no sign whatsoever saying so. - Twice the cleaning cost of €30,- because they proposed to switch half week.... - Showers were nice and warm but not always clean and a tap that switches off every 2 seconds without leaving your hand on... come on... So our experience is not very positive. They are lucky to have a nice location, and that places to recreate in nudity are spares. I totally understand that you have to make money and that it is a commercial setting, but pretending to have 5 stars and act and provide like a 2, or small 3 star camping is a big nail on you coffin these days.
