Yes, this should have been bland, regular, boring cafeteria food. But it wasn't. It was fresh, delicious, extraordinary food. The goat cheese salad was the best I ever had. The egg and mushroom mix the wife had was spectacular. And the main courses were fantastic cuts of meat. More importantly, the service and graciousness of the staff was beyond expectations. The wine and dessert suggested were top notch.
