Great for body boarding and wave jumping. Soft sand and easy access to the beach. Parking can be a nightmare if you leave it late. We found we always got a spot if we made the effort to get there for about 10.30. If not you can be swinging round the carpark for a good 30 mins getting frustrated at the lack of organisation. Beautiful! Was closed til 1 for control of coast by machines. Beautiful beach. Would be better if people obeyed the no dogs signs and at the very least picked up the mess their dogs leave behind. Beautiful and clean beach. Perfect day out with the family as something for everyone. bars along the and great restaurants further back along the main road.
