I get impressed of the really great good architecture and style of the place. Compliments Cannot get over how bad the customer service is at this winery. No flexibility on timings, no ability to taste wines not in a pre determined range, no ability to visit without a tour, I could go on. the process of emailing is even poor, with the chain never being preserved. Been to 100+ wineries across the world, including some elite ones - don’t try and be better than you are, it was off season. As all know Ca del Bosco Wines are great. Also this spot is very nice. Great garden. Great views. BUT you have to book one of their tours to get in and to get a tasting. So no single event as you might get at other spots. So they might not want your money if you do not want a tour. In the Brescia region, there are famous wineries that prepare "Champagne" that rivals the French wines of Reims and Épernay. I went after Cá del Bosco and its famous Cuvée Prestige, which is in the Italian grapevine. I sized up, it´s a chuffed, with a beautiful garden in front of the winery structures. We took the and the tasting, it was mint. Long live the Erbusco area, cheers. nice place to visit! We did this tasting and with Cristina, who was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. The of the facilities, the artwork, the vineyard, and the tasting was all done extremely well. We’ve been on many tours around the world, and this ranks among the better ones. I did the in Italian, so I can’t comment on the English version, but if it’s up to the same standard as what I experienced, then you’ll be in good hands. Hs it all to be amazing, nonetheless, most the of the staff (mostly young women) are very rude (in opposition to the male staff). The place is just beautiful, the wines are very good too. I went for the 2 stars dinner for the Franciacorta festival (300 per person), and those rude staff members turnperfect food in a perfect place with lovely and company into a lesser experience. Incredible! On the you see the marvel of engineering that goes into winemaking, whilst experiencing the romance of it all. The architecture and the artwork and sculptures are Incredible. Definitely an experience I will never forget. Even for someone who doesn't drink wine, the is lovely! Terrible marketing It takes a month to get an appointment. 2 people were not allowed in. A good winery should be known not only for good wine, but also for customer loyalty, especially in low season! 👎🏻 100% dislike After that attitude, I don't buy your wines Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
