Ok still my favorite. i grew up with obi in leverkusen. it is hard to judge if obi is better or worse than bauhaus for example. personally i prefer obi. make your choice ;-) Wow I like OBI... in general, but this store is unfortunately not up to their standards. I have been here about every week over the last year as it is the closest home improvement store. It hurts me that this shop does not improve, it gets worse... just a few examples... - check out asked me to scan myself as the bar code was far down - if you need help, forget it - you might find somebody working their but they do not no more than me what they have or what things are used for - color mixing was hilarious, needed 60mins to find out how to mix color 10.7 - almost nothing on stock for heaters, fittings and valves - in general lots of products are out of stock, e.g. power outlet 220V from Artemis series and many more - lots of mix ups of parts and new shipments in the aisles not put on shelves - attitude of workers is negative, blaming others mainly trainees for mess up Etc etc etc Recommendation: sort out your shop or close it down, it is a disgrace Super I really like this store. It's Costumer service is friendly and helpful. Checkout is always easy.
