At its heart the Schokoladenwelt is a Fenkart brand and product showcase (without the wit or Disneyfication of Zotter), but with all the chocolate samples you could ever dream of. Additionally, we had too wait 10min to be seated despite we made a reservation. I visited during the Nacht des Genusses event, which included a free behind-the-scenes tour of the chocolate making. In addition to the free samples (of excellent quality), I have been very lucky to get an individual tour by one of the employees - which leads to the next point, the employees are very friendly.
