Everything here is amazing; the ambient environment just by the water side, the view, the food, the etc. I highly this place for a romantic dinner or just dinner with friends or any celebrations of birthdays, anniversary etc or just giving yourself a special treat. They have several cocktail options and make it so well that you would wish to have more. The are very friendly and keep checking on you to know if you are okay and need any other thing. The prices are also very fair as well. First time here! No expectations! But welcome arrival and swiftly seated, food is of a standard and fair portions very service! Only negative.. bit of a funky smell I imagine the seating is need of shampoo/steam cleaning! But will definitely return! Absolutely place to celebrate some events. We had a Christmas party. That was great! I expected a bit more from the food (we should choose from Xmas menu) but in general our evening was stunning. Bar man did some nice cocktails which wasn’t on the menu. And of course we did a lot of pictures there 😉 impromptu Saturday Lunch. The food was & the team were very polite and hospitable. ***I haven't dined here*** however restaurant just called to cancel my 6pm family reservation within 30 mins of making it as "all children must be off the premises before 7pm". Seems fairly harsh, and website says won't take reservations after 7, so thought 6pm a safe bet. Anyway, I'm sure it's lovely, just be aware, but disappointed, never had a similar issue with other high end restaurants. Harbour Lights, Burton Waters: Stunning Views, Delicious Food, Overworked Staff Harbour Lights certainly offers a beautiful setting. The restaurant's location overlooking the marina is simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. It's the perfect spot for a special occasion. The food was excellent, and the was generally good. However, it was clear that the were under pressure. They seemed overwhelmed, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. It's a shame as it's obvious they're trying their best. Despite this, the stunning views and delicious food make Harbour Lights a worthwhile visit. It's just a pity the appeared so stretched. Would I return? Absolutely, but hopefully with better staffing levels. Yet again I have visited this place and my god it’s just incredible it really is … Amy & Jo work the restaurant floor to perfection they really do ensuring each table is looked after and feel special , that I applaud❤️❤️ the is just and warm and welcoming with harbour views. The menu has e Pugh to cater for all tastes and has decent vegetarian options. I always order the ribs … why you may ask … well it’s simple I’m a seasoned diner and love ribs but these are the best I’ve ever had, better than any smoke house or American diner they are that good. The chefs have got these off to perfection. Literally fall off the bone tender you don’t need use your hands, very meaty Witt only touch of fat. The bbq sauce home made doesn’t taste vinegary or acidic perfectly balanced that you could drink it. The ribs are served with 3 huge onion rings, fried, an coleslaw which by the way home made and corn on cob. I have noticed the corn on cob is buttery and cooked to perfection and not over cooked that I have found in other establishments . The dish is served with a bowl of lemon water everything is just perfect🥰🥰 just please remember we are all human … they don’t always have a crystal ball so if you want extra bbq sauce or none or want your food cooked a certain way for example just ask they will always try and accommodate your requests so just ask we all like things certain ways ,,, this place is just perfect . From The car park to getting inside the restaurant is all level access so perfect for all people We celebrated our anniversary here. The restaurant and the view is absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing. However, the is poor. We had to wait for our first drinks 40-50min, the restaurant was not busy at that time, so not sure what took so long to prepare two coctails. If you are not in a rush, and happy to sit and wait, you should definitely visit this place for the food. We planned the in 6 weeks and Marie was so helpful throughout and really helped make our day memorable. The food was amazing, the canapes, breakfast and evening food all went down a treat. The setting is beautiful and there was a such a chilled relaxed vibe to our wedding. Some couples say after they wish they had eloped but we can honestly say we are so pleased we chose Harbour Lights for our special day. Tried most in the town and this beats them all - would definitely An outstanding and team! When we came to harbour light back in 2024 looking for a for our 2025 wedding, we was blown away. The is gorgeous and stole our hearts immediately. Marie, Mike, Jo and the team are amazing. Both me and my now husband can't praise them enough with how smooth the day went. Communication was great and made us feel at such ease. The food was delicious and all our guests loved it. Would highly to anyone this whether it is a wedding, private function or a meal. Thank you so much for making our day truly one to remember. We have just had our 5th Annual Dinner here at the wonderful Harbour Lights and each year has surpassed the last. The food - both in the choice AND in the quality was absolutely superb, and when coupled with the attentive from the meant the night was another success, so much so that we have booked for NEXT year! Highly recommend! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Harbour Lights for Melissa and Dean’s with our Magic Mirror. From the moment we arrived, the were incredibly polite and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The itself is perfect for a small to medium-sized — intimate, stylish, and set against the most stunning backdrop. The sunset over the water was absolutely breathtaking and added a magical touch to the evening. After packing down, I realised I’d accidentally left some equipment behind. The Harbour Lights team didn’t hesitate to reach out — they messaged us on Instagram and even gave us a call to make sure we knew. Their care and attention really stood out. (Secretly, I didn’t mind the excuse to pop back for a drink by the water with my family!) Thank you so much for having us — I hope to be back again soon for another unforgettable celebration! We went for our 2 year anniversary, had a few rounds of Guinness and a cranberry mixer the was excellent, unfortunately I had to send some food back which we rarely do but the one that came out after was superb 10/10 the steak is and the salmon dish was also very nice. The did more than what was necessary for the food sent back and were incredibly accommodating.
