Der Weg von der Endstation des Busses geht entweder eine kleine, alte, für Autos gesperrte Straße entlang(ca 40 min), oder man folgt dem Wegweiser nach ca 1 km links den Hang runter, dann dauert es ca 1,5 Std. ordentlich rauf und runter inklusive Querung eines Baches. We were expecting the pools to be hot but they were cold this time, maybe because it's august. The river was ice cold but you can waid in it ordip your feet in and climb on the rocks. The path through the forest, down to a bridge and then up the other side of the mountain along the river takes longer but it's more scenic than the road straight there. The road was faster on the way up to Spruga. The place itself was pleasing to the eye. Ein traumhafter Ort. Die Wanderung von Spruga aus zu den Bagni ist sehr angenehm.die Strasse bis zum Schluss asphaltiert. Leider ist die Überquerung über den Fluss etwas holprig.aber man kann jenen mühelos umgehen,indem man fast am Ende der Schlucht die auf der linken Seite unten sichtbare betonbrücke nimmt. an der verlassenen caserma vorbei gelangt man dann von oben her zu den bagni. für Kinder und Hunde vielleicht der bessere Weg ,wegen den rutschigen Steinen im Fluss ,und dem manchmal hohen Wasserstand. Von Italien her ist die Wanderung für nicht versierte oder nicht ortskundige viel zu gefährlich ,dauert sicher fast 5h pro weg. und ist eher nicht zu empfehlen.
