We stayed for 8 nights in late September and loved it. (We had planned to only stay for 4 nights on arrival!) Camping in an Olive grove with tantalising views of garda, especially in the evening when if you are lucky, the turns rose gold. The campsite is well organised and the shower block and toilets are spotless. Luigina is marvellous, very welcoming and helpful and a delight to be around. The bar and shop has most essentials and you can order bread for delivery. Great position for reaching many of the beautiful towns in the area. Great little minimarket in Castaletto, nearby with restaurants and a harbour. Regina has a sign up by the bar telling you where the markets are by day of the week, really useful, but go early! Great campsite and definitely one to return to. Very nice place. Its own restaurant/pub and very very clean. Had 7 very pleasent nights here together with my boyfriend. The beautiful beach is just 3 minutes by food, with also a calisthenics training spot. The was quiet, not to big, and clean! With a beautiful sunset view on the mountains. I would recommend this place, also because of the location. Close to Malcesine, which is so charming and to Monte Baldo mountain to do some hiking. Great location 5 minutes walk from a very quiet part of the far from the crowd. Restaurants closed by walking, you can leave your car for a week! Nice by the with plenty of olive trees. The only disadvantage was that toilets could have been better equiped (e.g. lack of toilet paper, soap). Very nice and big place......... It is located a little bit on the hills (ca. 100m) , but for the price of a good view on the lake. Quiet modern.......check it out. Staying at Le Maior campsite by Garda in Italy was an exceptional experience. It was a perfect retreat for both families and friends seeking a adventure. Setting up our tents amidst the beautiful surroundings, we were delighted to find shaded spots under olive trees, providing a cool escape from the Italian sun. The proximity to the stony beach was a bonus, allowing us to enjoy the effortlessly. The facilities were impressive, with clean bathrooms and toilets available, meeting our expectations for comfort during our outdoor stay. The staff, particularly the owner, was incredible—always ready to assist and offer valuable advice. They even provided guidance on local attractions and activities, enhancing our overall experience. Having access to electricity and a designated parking space added to the convenience. The delightful aroma of freshly baked warm bread and the rich taste of coffee made on-site were delightful additions to our mornings. All in all, Le Maior campsite stood out as one of the finest in the entire Garda region, making our trip a memorable and enjoyable one.
