I really want to love KOJUMP, it’s a great concept with fun activities for kids. My son and I come often, and the mix of trampolines, climbing walls, and soft play is brilliant. However, I have to give it one star because of the music. It’s played at an absolutely ridiculous volume — genuinely like being in a nightclub — and the choice of songs is often completely inappropriate, with aggressive and explicit rap tracks. It’s not only unsuitable for children, but it’s dangerously loud even for adults. It completely ruins what should be a safe, enjoyable family experience. Until they decide to fix the music situation — lower the volume and choose something appropriate for — I can’t recommend it, which is a shame because the place itself has so much potential. Un grand merci à l’animatrice, qui a été adorable, souriante et très attentionnée avec les enfants — elle a vraiment contribué à rendre ce moment inoubliable ❤️ Je recommande à 100 % pour fêter un anniversaire ,juste un point que le temps a passé trop vite 2h, a mon avis un peu juste nous aussi on a venus en retard j'avoue . But especially one young man in particular who has glasses and a very beautiful tatoo on his hand and arm. He welcomed us very well and took the time to explain the place and how it would work, all in English. Then he played with the children during their session (Thank you if you’re passing by) So I really recommend this place and this experience.
