We were told that the only food available at this time is chips, paninis, hot dogs or burgers That was ok as it was quite late. There was very little customers in the bar/restaurant this should have been a warning sign. We received Terrible service. Ordered four hotdogs, four hamburgers, four chips and a portion of croquettes four Coke’s and 3 still waters. We even pointed out on the menu which of the dishes we wanted and used our fingers to describe the amount as the waitress seemed to have little to no English and I have little to no Italian. Our drinks arrived more or less straight away but We waited a good 30/40 minutes for The food to start to arrive at first we received the portion of croquettes then we waited another ten minutes for the hotdogs to come out. Another ten minutes later three came out. After these were delivered I kept turning around looking for the waitress to get her attention to see what the story was with the rest of the food. After a while I got her attention and asked to where the food was she took a new order for one hamburger and four chips. After a good half hour later I called her order to cancel the food but she replied in Italian and just kept pointing to the kitchen so I assumed the food was on the way. After another ten minutes I went to the bar and asked for the bill I had had enough at this stage. As we were waiting for the bill the waitress arrived to the table with five hamburgers. Five! I tried to explain to her that I ordered chips not but she seemed to have a real difficult time understanding me. The bar lady came over after she left and asked what the issue was I told her I had ordered originally 4 hamburgers,4 chips, 4 hotdogs and one croquette and I requested the missing dishes from the waitress and she arrived with five hamburgers. If you don’t speak Italian I would avoid at all costs. In the end the waitress came over and literally slammed the bill on the table and left. Utter disbelief that I endured this tonight in my last night in cervia. Pros: open till late Cons: don't try their food until you get drunk enough :) Amount of salt used in their dishes is unbelievable Owner started screaming at us, well spend our money somewhere else no problem Worst food ever. Mojitos were trash. This place is trash. Please avoid at all cost. Very rude staff that hates you for coming in a big group of non Italians. Maybe don't start an establishment in a tourist town if you hate them... The food is not fit to eat, the service is nice but what they serve is a joke. After arriving with a big friendgroup at this place, we got kicked out after 3 min. It looks like a gipsy place so we had to move some tables so we could sit together! (18/20 persons) So it was warm, and we asked in a nice way if it was possible to turn on the A/c but only shouting that we had to order at the bar and no table service. Owner was hitting us with chairs and tables to get us out. Very unkind and rude owners which creates a bad atmosphere which don’t make it possible to give a positive review. A lot of sales they miss now. Luckily we were not welcome there, were kicked out without reason before even ordering I am really sorry that I can’t leave 0 stars! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The food was HORRIBLE!!! I felt really sick after (food poisoning). The waiter was not speaking English and had a really bad attitude. She messed up the order and then yelled at us. I am sorry that I did not read the reviews earlier. Good luck if you go there!!!! We were with a big group, all non-italians. After asking for the AC to be turned on, we got pushed out by the very aggressive owner, shouting in italian only, literally screaming for us to move elsewhere. Maybe don't start an establishment in a tourist rich place if you can't handle tourists 🙄🙄🙄 Unfriendliest staff I've encountered at a bar. Strongly suggest not visiting.
