In our case, we got an early basic breakfast (7.00am) which was very nice of them . The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, however they are getting a little tired. The only real gripe I had, was that a kettle in the room with tea and coffee would be great. Also, a word of advice, we had 20kilogram suitcases which are so hard to get up two flights of stairs. It would be advisable to take a pack with your clothes and personal items ; this would solve the problem. On the whole we really enjoyed our stay with our hosts. A magical place with wonderful hosts! This lovely Chateau on the bank of the Seine is peaceful and beautiful, with large, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Pierre and Giles are superb hosts who make it feel you are staying with friends. The breakfast is generous, with omelettes offered! The lovely walk along the river banks is delightful. The garden is beautiful. A wonderful experience most highly recommended. My wife, Linh, and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Pierre is a charming host and his hospitality is second to none. He was very helpful with answering our questions and offering excellent suggestions to help enrich our experiences in France. His English is excellent, which was helpful because our French is so poor. The chateau is beautiful and our room was large, clean, comfortable, well aportioned, and decorated superbly.
