Jump Heaven in Hazel Grove more better, funny and cheaper £13. Oxygen NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL I strongly advise against utilizing this service; the pricing structure is unreasonable. A reservation for three cost £45 online, yet in-store it totaled £51, plus an additional £9 for socks, a previously complimentary item. You are charging fee for WHAT. The toddler membership, priced at £15.95 for unlimited entry, is more economical than the 60-minute Open Play Ticket. Why was this membership option not presented to me by the staff? I will not be returning; I find it unacceptable to be subjected to such exploitative pricing practices. First today with 2yr old Grandaughter- 3hrs. Very impressed with facilities & reasonably priced onsite cafe. Big shout to member Eloise who took the to play with Ruby & made her there very enjoyable- credit to the company. Only complaint was the website which said get there 30mins early- not required?!! Booked in, registered etc in 5mins. The venue is but absolutely useless customer service. Very rude customer service. When you enter especially people at the desk are absolutely rude. There are no instructions from them either and refuse to answer any questions esp if you are coming for a Birthday party. The needs a lot of training as you can see even in the room, there were not enough plates. No Napkins. The was too slow and not satisfactory at all. But the venue is and can have wonderful fun inside. Every single member of at Oxygen Wilmslow are consistently welcoming and helpful, especially with SEN children. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they actively engage with bouncers making them feel special. We bought the unbelievable value for money Summer Pass and will be so sad to see the end of this school holiday. A haven for and parents alike! Thanks to every hard-working member, you do an amazing job! We recently hosted a birthday here, and while the had a fantastic time, there were a few disappointments in the overall experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the was well-organized, with our host, Lucy, doing her best to assist. However, when we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, and my son’s name was not displayed as expected. I had to request to set it up, along with arranging a water station. Food-wise, we received enough pizza, but there was a shortage of chicken strips, and when we asked for more, we were told that was all available. Additionally, we never received the ice cream we had paid for. One of the biggest issues was the lack of support—Lucy was handling everything alone, meaning we had to step in to serve food and help with the kids. More would have made the much smoother. Overall, the had a time, but the could be improved to better support families hosting events here. Went to have a look today and Bev kindly showed us the facilities. Toddler times run from 9:30-12 on the trampolines and then there is soft play too. We were a little late but Bev let my daughter try out the trampolines which was very kind of her and Mellisa who ran the sessions was very engaging with the other children. Looking to go back next week for the full session and a nice cup of coffee with other mum friends. Oxygen has always had kind and helpful staff, and my autistic son absolutely loves the Peaceful Play sessions on Sundays. The website says it runs from 5–7 PM, but we were told in person that it actually ends at 6 PM. We adapted, even though the online information was never corrected. This week, we arrived as usual at 5 PM, only to be told the session had been moved to 6–7 because of a private party. What’s worse is that we were previously told the park closes at 6 PM on Sundays—so clearly this change was only made to accommodate the private event. My son was completely thrown off. Autistic rely on structure and routine. He was confused, upset, and had a full meltdown. I had no choice but to take him home, where I spent trying to calm him down. It’s honestly heartbreaking that a session designed to support with additional needs was the one sacrificed—just to fit in a private booking. It really felt like money was put ahead of these children’s well-being. This wasn’t just a scheduling issue. It showed a lack of understanding and respect for the very community this session is supposed to serve. Update : a very kind gentleman (warren ) did resolve this for me - extremely grateful 🙏 £170 parking fine for not entering my details on the screen! Arrived late to a with my 5 year old who was scared and nervous, spent the whole consoling him and didn’t go back to the entrance to do the registration, it completely escaped my mind ! Who knew a children’s play place had such horrendous car parking fees the original letter at £40 I appealed and they have just sent this I’m absolutely speechless :( I had a nice recently, with a standout moment being the food—it was delicious and beautifully presented. The team welcomed me warmly, which added to the experience, though I did notice some used crockery left on tables that could've been cleared away faster. Overall, the value for money was solid, and I’d recommend it for a fun outing. Just a little tweak in speed, and it would’ve been perfect! We had an awesome during our visit! The greeted us warmly and were super attentive, making the feel organised and friendly. The place was spotless, which was a big improvement from our last visit, and my really enjoyed themselves. The food and drink were value for money and well-presented too. Overall, a fantastic outing that we can't wait to repeat! We’ve been jumping at the chance to attend these toddler sessions, and they never disappoint! The mix of games and trampoline fun has really helped my daughter with her skills and sensory awareness. Melissa has been amazing with my daughter, the sessions are themed, the park is clean and the that I have been speaking to have all been a delight to deal with. I had a during my visit! The young man at the trampolines was incredible—he really stepped up when my daughter's friend felt unwell, offering her water and support. However, I did have a rough start with the booking experience; my voucher didn’t work, which was frustrating. Thankfully, the rest of the made up for it with their friendliness and warmth. The food was spot on too, especially the cappuccino—delicious taste and lovely presentation! I booked last minute and was super impressed with how smooth everything went! The had a blast, especially on the inflatable slides, and the team was genuinely friendly throughout our visit. Clean, safe, and plenty to do, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The latte I had was spot on too—great taste and quality. I’ll definitely be coming back! From start to finish the team at Oxygen were - from accommodating my last minute request to increase the number of coming, to helping me set up the room earlier in the day and to pulling the bags together at the end. They couldn't do enough and my son had a fabulous birthday experience. The also loved the balloon swords!!! :) And parent hoovering up the leftover pizza said it was some of the best they've eaten. Special mention to Benji and Imaan who were hosts, answering all my questions and taking the stress out of my day.
