The worker suggested a route around the town, but I asked one more plan just to let ourselves have more plan. Later, I realised the route to lake Eibsee haven't close, and I doubt why I told them I want to go Zuprite (whcih usually accompanied with the visit to lake Eibsee) do not told me plan to lake Eibsee. The worse is when I walked back and ask for more info to lake Eibsee, one lady told me to go to a bus stop that is not using (just for 22 and 23/11) and not only me but also some other visitors missed the bus to lake Eibsee. The next bus will be two hours later. I understand the maintenance work is kind of short and not every one knows it. But a tourist info center should work close with local transport and ensure providing useful guidance to all visitors, isn't it? especially all the notice in bus stop is just in German (after passing the time that the bus should come, we found there is a notice sticks on the wall of the bus stop in German, we eventually use google translate to learn about we miss the two-hour-frequency bus) One good thing I can say is the workers here are quite polite. We had a wonderful lady who had lived in USA so spoke perfect English & was a joy to laugh with. Had a wonderful stay & will return to finish all the things she told us about We went twice and both times the ladies working there were incredibly knowledgeable and polite. They also had fluent english which was handy as we don’t speak any german. We highly recommend visiting here.
