We had also "enjoyed" the ice-peeling facial on the way down and my leg cramps let off, only to let the feelong of this near-death experience slowly sink in deeper... It was meant to be a fun day, but turned into a big disappointment, sledding wise. This chairlift takes you up Buchenberg in around 9 minutes. The view is nice. Up the mountain there are different trails for hiking. There is an hour long walk that is not difficult. One can see a number of paragliders from up there. The price is reasonable 14.50 euros both ways.
