Hello fellow procrastinator, If you're like me and you forgot to book your to Neuschwanstein or Hohenschwangau castle. There is still a chance you can get them on the same day but you need to wake up early and get to this center atleast before 7:30 in the morning. (I've included a picture of the queue at 7:30) The shop opens at 8am and you might have to queue for atleast an hour to buy the tickets. Give yourself enough time to both castles, the church close to Hohenschwangau castle, Marienbrücke and enjoy the amazing views of the valley.
