I'm not sure why I loved this bit so much ... maybe it's just it's wonderful name !!! Yet another gorgeous bit to discover on The Wild Atlantic Way route. Sun shining ( I.ll probably regret that !!!), a handful of people enjoying it, some very very hardy folk out there swimming !! .... it's worth the little drive over ..... Lovely place to discover,. all nature at its best. Excellent place. Unique. The Seamus Heany poem called Postscript is located on the Flaggy Shore Great scenic 🚶 Beautiful walk, only drawback is it's a small road so a fair amount of cars go by. Oh what a gem hidden away. Great spot for a swim or a and the evening view on the city lights gives it an exotic resort feel... especially when the weather is playing with Unbelievable place with nice huge parking good restaurant only 3 mile from the beach A special and secluded spot for a swim. It’s sheltered so there’s little wind. Nice along the beach to the ice cream spot or back to Linnane’s for a pint and food. Sometimes the mobile sauna visits and that’s especially pleasant. Lovely in any weather Swung by here on a drive to see if there was a Wild Atlantic Way swiggly sign, as myself and the other half are attempting to collect them all... Lovely little shore, the weather was absolutely atrocious the day we were here so didn't get much time to explore. The start of a around the flaggy shore stars here, and there is a small car park just around the corner from the perch. Beautiful place with wild nature. Great for those who love long walks in picturesque places This place drew me in with the old lookout fort on the point. Drove around what looked like a walking trail but showed as a road on google maps. Was a very fun area to explore, ice cream and coffee near by, and some very nice locals. If your in the area tale the time to chexk this place out ut is totally worth it 👌 Schön aber nichts spezielles Nice beach The Flaggy Shore is the most amazing place in the Burren. The view to Galway Bay, the peace and tranquility, the singing of the birds, the wild flowers, the flocks of swans and last but not least the amazing rock shore. It's Heaven. Easy access..for a quick dip.. Check times for the suana called wet mongrel sauna as when it is there its an added bonus to your experience . The beach is a bit pebbly but once you jump in its sandy. Lots of nice coffee shops very close with a country side atmosphere. Lovely easy along the shore, all tarmaced also suitable for cycling Bel punto panoramico e spiaggia frequentata soprattutto da locali. Sicuramente molto meno di impatto rispetto ad altri luoghi più famosi. Se si ha tempo vale la pena però fermarsi per godersi un po' di tranquillità e osservare la vita del posto. A beautiful 8km loop in the Burren taking in the flaggy shore on the evening of the Summer Solstice. A beautiful with gorgeous scenery. Would highly recommend. Beautiful place with a great looped walkway along the Clare coast In één woord : indrukwekkend Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
