Was an ok experience. Empty when we went in. Staff set us up, normally you get set up and when me and a buddy started playing we had 60:00 time. In display showed 60:min all good. Game timed out 60min up I was kicked from and could not rejoin the lobby. I requested an hour be added to both id pay for. Had to restart lobby and lost all progress and guns told they’d add extra I thought that’s fair checked in display still 60 min asked did they add the extra staff told me they added it at the start? Meaning it would be 60+ minutes, or they counted setup time? Basically lost an hour of progress restarted and he didn’t want to give 15 or 30 min as comp. Not really a place for any serious players or gamers. Very disappointed. The other VR place that closed before Covid was way better. 5 star better. Staff were way sounder also. 10*+. Awarding a 5 star review would be poor show. Can not fault the place here. We love it, our kids love it and their friends too. for the kid in us all. All styles taken care of here. An beyond !! Staff helpful and craic too. This is the ultimate treat. Folks, not one to be missed.... Amazing place, lots of options and staff. The lads showed the whole place and made sure we were having a nice time. We were planning to stay 1 hour and ended up spending almost 4 hours of fun. Definitely a must when visiting Galway next time. Had a with friends here. Tons of games and wonderful staff to take you through all the set up for each game. Definitely will be going back it was so fun. Craic, Absolutely setup and VR gear, tons to do. I went with 3 other friends and had fun playing games as a team and against each other. Brian who is the owner is a legend and really funny, and just loves to see everyone having fun. Really recommend it amazing experience. The VR Racing simulators are top notch too and fantastic to race on. 10/10 place for leisure time, we initially took 30 minutes but added more afterwards as the flew by without noticing Attentive staff who helped with everything and if necessary helped to switch games.
