Booked in for snorkelling with these guys, and had a ball. Had to book 2 days in advance because it was busy. For the actual snorkelling, we went with a few other groups and they took us out to Isle de Benidorm by boat, where we hopped in the water to see the fish. It is, however, possible to drop your gear off and find free parking within walking distance. Great service, very professional team, amazing dives and guaranteed fun! En cada inmersión que he realizado he pagado los 8€ de seguro. Resulta que en la última les pido los papeles de contratación y me dice que para que los quería? Insisto y me doy cuenta con asombro que en ese momento, después de la inmersión, y por mi insistencia estaba contratado el seguro que tendría que haber tenido antes de la inmersión y encima el seguro es de 15 dias. Vamos que he pagado 8€ por inmersión de seguros sin que los formalicen y que hubiera sido suficiente con la primera contratación. Me parece muy grave a demás de una estafa. Ya por teléfono me explicaron todo para hacer el curso, los pasos a seguir y con la no hacer el pago. Me concertaron la inmersiones y se adaptaron a mis necesidades. Revolution and Diving Stones in Benidorm are, as it turns out, the same company. I assume the big player in Benidorm water sports bought one of the two smaller competitors (hence the same mobile number for the WhatsApp account of the "two" centers and no separate offices). This center is a larger company offering a variety of water activities, including trips, parasailing, and jet skiing. Scuba diving seems to be a smaller part. I recently took a refresher course with them (having a PADI Advanced and around 100 dives, but not divingfor some years). Initially, I was impressed as they offered this course for almost the same price as others charge for just a private guide. However, the educational part turned out to be a brief 3-minute (max.) oral instruction, similar to a standard pre-dive briefing (reminder of hand signs and to always "blow bubbles," safety briefing, and summary of the planned dive). The practical part included a quick underwater exercise (mask removal, regulator retrieval, achieving neutral buoyancy). Not what I expected from a refresher "course," but ok for me. I would like to emphasize that the private instructor was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. However, the apparent lack of focus on scuba diving left me unimpressed. They even mentioned that few days ago they had to return to the site as they noticed on the way home that they had forgotten some divers. Not the best safety standards and surprising unawareness of the seriousness of the situation, given that they freely told this "story" to a first-time customer. Not the highest safety first culture it seems... If you are well-experienced and prefer the convenience of a center located in the city center of Benidorm, maybe this might be an acceptable option for you. For me, it wasn't, and I spent the rest of my vacation diving with the family business at the other end of Poniente Beach. They focus exclusively on scuba diving (with an emphasis on safety, experience, and support of environmental protection initiatives). All centers in Benidorm (i.e., the two remaining centers) have the same / comparable prices and the same sites around Benidorm Island. The sites are fantastic and the diversity and quantity of flora and fauna make it one of the best places in the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy your time under the water! Never go with them! I reserved the day prior for a double via phone and they told me to pay when I arrive for the in the morning and send them my name via whatsapp. That's exactly what I did. I purposly stayed in the City one day longer just for that purpose. They forgot to put my name down so when I arrived with all my equipment and drove 20 min just to get here, they told me I don't have a place on the and that it is full. Instead of apologizing he was super rude and told me to either come back tomorrow or leave because he was of the opinion that I did not reserve. I was very much looking forward to a nice day and now I am sitting in the City with my equipment and nothing to do all day. Would not recommend at all. Have never experienced something so unprofessionell before and this is not the first I booked in a foreign country! Communication on WhatsApp is terrible, but the itself is nice and the people are nice. My friend and I are beginner divers, having only dived 6 times before between us. The instructor was very professional, made sure we felt safe and secure at all times. We had the best time, saw barracuda, which was a surprise, as our was quite shallow. Absoluto desastre: 1) La hora a la que te dicen que es la inmersion es solo una ilusion, puesto que acabas buceando 2 horas después debido a la mala organizacion que tienen. (Hicimos inmersion doble en el mismo dia y pasó en ambas). 2) Yo pregunté antes de reservar si hacian grupos por niveles y me dijeron que si, pero luego no fue así y me toco bucear con gente que no tenia ni idea. 3) Pregunté si al hacer inmersion doble nos llevarian a un spot diferente, me dijeron que siempre cambian de punto, mentira tambien; y cuando les pedí explicaciones me dijeron que habia mucho viento, les dije que era un dia soleado y calmado entonces la excusa fue que ibamos con bautizos (sinceramente, no es mi problema me habeis vendido otra cosa) basicamente no querian gastar gasolina. 4) Atención poco profesional, es como si una pandilla de amigos gestionase aquello y no se preocupasen por atenderte en absoluto, todo bromitas poco inteligentes entre ellos; esto es de lo que se podia hablar, si te salias del guion te miraban mal. 5) Te dicen que las inmersiones duran hasta los 50 bares o 50 minutos. A los 35/40 minutos ya estan intentando subir, ambas veces le tuve que hacer una seña al instructor de que faltaba tiempo. Ademas los últimos 20 minutos estas a 10metros y debajo del barco...lamentable tirando la indirecta de "vamonos ya". 6) Actitud en general y especialmente por parte de las dos chicas de chuleria y prepotencia. NO REPETIRIA Y NO SE LO RECOMENDARIA A NADIE. I had the most amazing with these guys , they are fantastic very friendly and professional, and they really look after you, I felt so safe, they speak perfect English, the ride to the Island is great fun and the location is so beautiful, saw so many fish, I have been on two trips with these guys and would highly recommend them, thank you so much for such a great time and I love my video and pics you took as well😁🐠🐟. Think twice before attempting your 'try dive' with this company. Make sure you are confident as they offer no pool session training/practice with the equipment before taking you straight out into the sea on a RIB/speed boat. They also offered pictures of your memorable 1st Dive......still waiting after several requests. As daunting as a 1st may be to some.....they also swapped personal equipment between divers before jumping in (BCD and Cylinder).....my son's cylinder was swapped with the air left turned OFF! Just as well he had the sense to check this before jumping in!! I think the best experience so far from this vacation. Got a panic attack at the beginning but they were very cool and i still got to scuba slowly. And we had a no swimmer and she had a personal buddy to guide her. I recommend it! My family of 4 did a discover scuba and never received the video of the dive. I messaged them twice and no response. The was other than that.
