Great 9 hole golf course Lovely course lay-out. Nine course, with alternative tees for the back nine (only 1/10 and 9/18 play the same, all others are sufficiently different). Great atmosphere, great restaurant, super friendly starter/marshal (John). Unfortunately very slow, the two group ahead of us were loosing Lovely 9 hole course with a few different tee positions for 18 holes. 25€ 9h 40€ 18h Fairways & Tees very good. Greens were beautifull, true & fast. I would give the course a 5 star but the greens were full of pitchmarks. We were the 1st golfers off today and it was disgusting to see the greens with pitchmarks 🤬 all from the previous day play !!!! Definitely worth a visit to play a round here. Disappointed that club members found the need to put in two complaints about us with no evidence, which gave us the impression we were not really that welcome. Apparently we had 2 bags for 3 players... Wrong! Apparently we had 5 players on a 3 ball round... Wrong! We had our two sons with us acting as caddies. Nice clubhouse with friendly staff and great food. It's overpriced for a nine hole, but the course is pretty nice and it's local to where I live. But this time the course was in a truly awful condition. All the the fairways are blighted and covered in sand and the greens are similarly affected and desperately uneven and slow. Aparently salt water in the irrigation system is the cause. Sadly, we were not pre-warned about the condition but were still charged the full green fee. At 55 euros for 18 and 42 euros for 9, it is a total waste of money. The damage will take at least the rest of the season to be put right. So give it a miss until next year. Baan kwaliteit matig, fairways zijn niet goed gemaaid, weinig rough maar naast de fairway veel zand/klei grond. Greens zagen er een stuk beter uit, jammer dat mensen hun pitchmarks niet repareren. De zelf zijn weinig tot niet spectaculair en overal heb je last van de weg die er tussendoor loopt en continu hoort. Werd netjes te woord gestaan bij de caddiemaster, goed verwelkomt door de starter en de oefenfaciliteiten zijn goed. Lange driving range, chipp en put greens. Vind alleen dat onderscheid maken dat alleen de members vanaf het gras mogen afslaan echt een schandalig iets waar ik mij ook niks van heb aangetrokken. Er zijn imo betere banen in de buurt, en voor een oefenrondje prima te spelen baan. Less than average practice facilities. Not particularly friendly. As for the bar 😟 don’t they want to sell drinks???? Was told to sit and order will be taken (only wanted a quick beer and pay) eventually sultry waitress turned up, then sat for 30 minutes waiting, fortunately it was raining, beer never arrived 🤷🏼 and gave up. Like others won’t bother again, go to la sella. Golf’s meant to be enjoyable not a miserable experience. Great golf course but ruined by how grumpy and unhelpful the staff in the pro shop are.
