Brilliant day out at prices. Parking is plentiful but does fill up quick. Bar,snack van and gift shop on site. It is loud during but you can be as near or far as you want. Great place to watch stockcars, plenty of free parking. Food was ok, can pay an extra £5 to sit in the grandstand. Plenty of space. Excellent night out! £36 for 2 adults. kids 12 and under go free. There are refreshments and food available at various kiosks throughout the venue. It can be very busy but we had no problem getting a grandstand view. Can be a bit smokey and fumed, but that is to be expected at a motor event. The finale of big thunder crushing cars was almost at the end of the evening. Though it was well worth the 2 hour wait but it was obvious many kids were getting bored waiting for the monster truck. Cars to be crushed were placed in both halves of the raceway so everyone saw the action. We sat on a concrete step and bums were numb towards the end of the show. Take at least a cushion to sit on.. There are three heats with different classes, and each class has three races, for a total of nine races. Between the races, they have a special show, which might feature stunt bikes or monster trucks. We recently saw the stunt bikes, and they were incredible. The riders were truly fearless and put on a great performance! My first time at banger and I really enjoyed it. The staff at the track came across as really friendly and helpful. The venue was a little rundown but I’d imagine these places are run on a shoestring budget with the focus on entertainment, and boy did they archive that. A cracking evening was had by all of us. Some great racing. Parking is on grass so can get very muddy, the announcer did say at the start that if anyone got stuck there would be plenty of help getting them unstuck. Price wise, the admission was reasonable with children getting in free. Beverage costs were a little high but it’s a night out so just spend it. Kids loved it especially the Monster Truck. We bought tickets on line and had no problems. Recommend taking your own chairs, but plenty of terraced area to sit or stand. We were there for 4 hours but did arrive a little early. When we left there was no problem getting out of carpark. An really experience especially if you like noisy cars and seeing big trucks crushing cars 🏎️🏎️🏎️🏎️🚜. Great family entertainment. Would advice making sure you dress warm though as it can get chilly, but if you do get cold there are some lovely hoddies available to buy from the stadium shop. It's a bit rough round the edges don't expect the Silverstone treatment however all the staff where great and was good. Also gets very full so if you don't like crowds don't go. £45 adult tickets each for Saturday night I thought was a bit expensive. we had a time all in all Fun evening out, take a chair and wrap up warm. for any age to sit and watch the carnage. To avoid ques get there early especially in the holidays. We visited Skegness as part of a small stag do party but the raceway was without doubt the highlight of the entire weekend for all of us. A special mention must be given to the owner, Rob, who actually gave us a lift back into town when the taxi company left us stranded! if that isn't going above and beyond then I'm really not sure what is! A very welcoming atmosphere and the facilities are more than adequate, the beers cold and the tyres are hot, what more could you want?! The banger in particular were fantastic and we are all now converts to the scene and eagerly anticipating our next trip!! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend. Been here countless times over the years always a fantastic evening out brilliant atmosphere can't really fault it at all, plenty of toilets, bars and places to get food.
