Cozy place and tasty food. 9/10 Soļanka 7.5/10 on my personal scale (3rd best place - after my own cooking and my mother). Very tasty food, kind service. There is a little playground for young kids. Personnel speaks at least three languages: Latvian, English, and Russian. Very good Latvian cousine, nice staff and moderate prices. Definitely recommended place! This place is Kids friendly. We came in only for drinks and desert. The ice cream cocktails, smoothie and an Apple Strudel were very nice. The waitress however was very condescending and rude which kinda ruined the experience, but the food made it better. The seats are also very comfy and the overall atmosphere is not bad if you don't mind the passing cars. Visited 27/06/2025. Horrible. Waited for the meal for kids for 1 hr, the last dish was served 1 hours 20 min after the order (“Because there’s other big table to serve”). The waiters mostly chill at the bar and don’t check the hall. No napkins, not enough forks. Burned potato pancakes with the hair inside. Better close this business, it’s not yours.
