In moments like this, I truly alive! I went for the first in my life - I had never even heard of it before. It turned out to be an unforgettable experience: the perfect mix of and just the right amount of adrenaline. We waded through rivers and slippery rocks, descended walls with ropes and climbing harnesses, jumped into crystal-clear pools, swam in mountain waters, and soaked in the wild beauty all around. The highest is about 15 meters, and you rappel down it - such a unique and fascinating feeling! It might sound intimidating if you're afraid of heights, but it honestly felt and fun. The instructors were incredibly friendly, supportive, and made sure we were always secure. If you follow their guidance, everything is absolutely safe. One of the pools was 5.5 meters deep, which might scary if you're not confident in the water, but again, the instructors kindly helped me through it since I’m not a strong swimmer. Just be aware that both height and depth are part of the adventure, but with the right attitude and support, it’s totally doable and so worth it. We received equipment: suits, suitable shoes and socks, rappelling equipment. Our guides were Luka and Yanko. They were great, with good energy, they explained well, nice and very helpful when needed. We all extremely enjoyed, from the most extreme enthusiasts among us and also me, even though i cant swim, I felt with our guides' help. The water was chilly but our long wet suits kept us warm.
