Stunning place to and explore, Google says 8.5k but to the whole is not possible. We did 12k and still had loads to go. Well worth a visit Beautiful place in lovely weather. Walked the Dam. Visited the under construction maze, interesting. One of natures delights. You can around it in just over two hours. Not easy thou beware. I got chased by a sheep. I saw a massive fish racing thru the water. The scenery is out of this world. It’s absolutely beautiful. I was lucky the sun was blaring. Got a fantastic tan. Also you’re surrounded by meadows with cows or sheep. Really pretty. We were lucky to catch an amazing light. Seems to be some development going on at the moment. There is a car park which you are supposed to pay for, with some toilets. However, there's a little roadside parking area only a few meters away. It's a very open space. Very picturesque place and it’s good to see that the water is filling up! Easy to park and you can along the side easily. A nice evening or sunset walk. Nice walks for adults and dogs Lovely in a beautiful location Nice stretch of water but hard work fishing due to the hot condition Well worth a visit Lovely place to stop and relax off the A30. You can even around should you wish. Usually a relatively quiet place. No toilets though. Calm and quiet place you could take a nice around the and stop by in Jamaica Inn or carry on there is plenty of paths around it with loads of wildlife, car parks are height restricted to 2m and the public toilets were shut when we visited in high season which is strange. I would come back for more. Some noise can be heard from the A30 as it is very close by. Absolutely stunning views, great place to take a and grab some fresh air and photos . My most favourite place in Cornwall. If you want peace and tranquility, this is the place. The landscape is breathtaking and you may be lucky to see some wild horses drinking by the edge of the and the odd cow and sheep crossing your path. Heaven 🥰 This place is stunning. Absolutely beautiful. The surrounding area is full of animals wandering freely. So beautiful. A horse stuck its head right through my car and indie and as a result I ended up with my 26 year old daughter sat on my lap in the drivers seat. 🤣😂 It’s a peaceful place and so clean and tidy. You can’t swim or go in the water or fish there as far as I know, but it’s a gorgeous place for a little picnic if you take away all of your rubbish with you. You get close up, really close up with bulls, cows, sheep, lambs and horses. So please drive slowly. Beautiful area, then of you have time, take a trip after to Davidstow airfield for open spaces and a beautiful nature area with more of the same. We loved it and will always visit here when we go. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to recharge, reconnect with nature, or simply enjoy some quiet time away from the hustle of daily life. 🌿💙 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
