Anyone considering using an should do so as the ease of the sale compared to the traditional route is so easy I’ve been working with Connect UK for around three years, and they have consistently delivered fantastic results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell through the route! Absolute scam, stay as far away from these people as possible. Bid on 1 of 4 plots in the same field and they were all pushed to £16k and when I bid £17k on one I won. All four hit the reserve price. Magically, the three I didn't win were all bid by ONE person who amazingly cancelled on all three and those plots were rolled forward to the next months auction. This is obvious phantom bidding and UNBELIEVABLY they will not tell me if this bidder lost their deposit....so shady Absolutely an amazing team, special thanks to Sam who originally I was in with and was able to advise with amazing knowledge when the going go tough, along with Rob who kept the side going and was always there when needed. Highly recommend, best agents I have ever worked with in all my dealings which have been many. I had an exceptionally unprofessional experience with this with major red flags. 1- They do low evaluation that’s even lower than market or provide no formal of valuation. 2- They contacted me via phone and demonstrated aggressive sales not wanting to give me time to think on whether to instruct or not and force to instruct with whatever price I wanted for the listing. 3- I was suspicious of their aggressive Sales communications and decided against instructing there and then to others in the industry who have used Connect UK LTD where it seems people use them once and no more. My advices are if you want to deal with this you should : 1- Be alert for their word through phone calls and compare it with the contract as neither align and consequently customers are scammed. 2- Be sharp and clear with your answers, yes or no. 3- Review the contract terms and with your solicitor for legal assistance and advise if you faced any misleading communications from the business as many have complained. The conclusion is , I don’t recommend this at all and one star review is not reflective of my opinion. If there was a minus zero review I would give it because they deserve not even 1 star. Avoid completely- they do not deserve you as a customer and need to learn how to communicate with customers and solicitors. I sold both with £13500 by future property auctions company. So the evaluation with £500 was un accurate. Thank you Amazing experience. His knowledge and expertise proved invaluable My first house buying experience and it seemed very daunting , however I had amazing support and advice and was lead through the bidding by Sam who was courteous and very helpful resulting in my successful bid. The Advertising Standards Authority have logged a complaint in 2025 for 'misleading' behaviour with their and investment activities- HUGE red flag for everyone considering ConnectUK. Rob Jenkins and his are incompetent at their jobs. Highly avoid as a buyer and as a seller- I should have listened to those in the industry as through word of mouth the reputation is not a good one. Even Agentic AI analysis of ConnectUK considers it as a 'red flag' business. Every communication point with this firm is to be in writing for their communication is highly manipulative and purposefully structured to go back on all verbal communications causing in misrepresentation to ensure buyers/sellers do not get what they want but instead what ConnectUK do. The genuine reviews are on Trustpilot and not Google reviews. Update 12/12/25 in alignment with ConnectUK response. Unfortunately, I appear to get more communication from them via social media rather than calls or emails as they are purposely avoiding communications to resolve their negligence. I received an unsolicited call from Marc their 'Marketing Director' and I'm concerned how he gained access to my personal number when no consent on sharing personal data has been given from my side with ConnectUK. The public can also Google "ASA Ruling on Connect UK Sales Ltd" to make their decisions following the Judges feedback as it appears there are multiple breaches happening across marketing from an advertising perspective and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018). Again, I stand by my opinion following my negative experience of being bullied, lied to, and the severe incompetence of these staff members. I also wish to bring the public's attention to the negative reviews which appear to be detailed experiences in comparison to the positive reviews in which there's little detail of genuine experiences.
