After 3 months of using the gym they wouldn’t let him in because they said he hadn’t had an induction. He had one when he first started but they hadn’t added it to his membership. If the gym thought he hadn’t had an induction why was he let in for 3 months? Makes me question, are they allowing juniors in without an induction? Can’t call the manager of the gym. Can only speak to a call centre. £40 a month is ridiculous really when the rooms are grim and the showers don't work.
